Thank you so much for returning to stay with us—and for the wonderful review! We’re especially happy to confirm that this was your 4th year with us, and we’re truly honored to have you back again! It’s great to hear that you continue to enjoy the location and that the home provides plenty of space for your family. We truly appreciate your loyalty and kind words about East Island Rentals and will see you next year!

We are glad you found the home 10/ 10 and you had a great vacation! Come stay with us again soon.

Hi Angela- When someone called about the HVAC on 8/18 we had a technician come out right away. He fixed some wiring, and the unit was working properly. He told us that the main living room doors were all open. The temperature that day and most of the week you stayed was 98 degrees, and with the heat index it felt like 115 degrees. HVAC units can only cool about 20-25 degrees below the outside temperature. This information is on all the manufacturing labels and you research this online. On Sunday the 16th when you called about the elevator, we sent someone immediately. They found that the elevator needed a reset because someone was opening the door before it reached the designated floor it was called to. This is a safety feature. Tyler showed someone in your group how to use it properly and we were never called again about it during your stay. We are sorry about the pool algae, we were never notified, or we would have called the pool cleaners back. We hope you will give us another chance next time you are on Isle of Palms.

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind review and, most of all, for choosing East Islands Rentals for the fourth time! It means the world to us to have returning guests like you, and we're honored that you trusted us again for your family vacation. We're thrilled to hear that your second stay at this home was just as memorable and that all three generations—from the grandparents to the kids—had such a wonderful time. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your family's vacation memories. We truly appreciate your continued loyalty and can't wait to welcome all of you back for another amazing stay!

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad your family enjoyed your annual vacation with us and that the home was a great fit for your group. It's wonderful to hear the pool, beachfront location, and comfortable accommodations helped make your stay special—especially for your grandchildren! We also appreciate your feedback regarding the nearby construction and the elevator. While construction on neighboring properties is unfortunately beyond our control, we understand how the morning noise could impact your stay. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the elevator however, we check it between each guest stay and it worked fine prior to your arrival and after your departure for the next guest. Residential elevators can be quite finicky and if opened before it is level, it will auto lock down for safety purposes. We could have easily come and reset it for you. Thank you again for your kind words and for choosing East Islands Rentals. We're thrilled to hear you'll be back, and we look forward to welcoming your family for another memorable Isle of Palms vacation!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very glad to hear you enjoyed the home, property, and location, and we truly appreciate your kind comments about our team’s responsiveness. While the construction was outside of our control, we understand your concerns regarding advance notice and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is valuable as we continue working to provide the best possible guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we do hope you’ll consider returning once the neighboring construction is complete so you can fully enjoy everything the property has to offer
