This beautiful home is located in Mead, OK, which is between Durant and Kingston. Durant is the perfect large town/small city to be close to with lots to do and plenty of provisions there should be no lack during your stay. Kingston is the tourist attraction for fisherman, but Lake Texoma cuddles up to the back of this property, so if you have a boat you can tie up right behind the house. If you need to rent a boat, you can contact Catfish Bay Marina. Pets must be preapproved and there is a small fee. NOTE: BOAT DOCK & SLIP WILL BE UNAVAILABLE APRIL 4th-6th 2025.

Fishing Excursion for a 13 Year Old

My son loves to fish. What better way to celebrate his 13th birthday than by taking him somewhere that he can fish all day and all night. We enjoyed our stay. Overall it was a nice home. It as clean and being able to walk down the ramp to the lake everyday was priceless. We were able to catch a couple of catfish and saw a couple of fishermen on a boat catch a couple of fish as well. We will be sure to return the next time we want an on the lake experience.

Texhoma trip 2024

Great place for our family. Host is very easy to work with. Love the fact I can walk out the backyard and be on my boat in less than 2 mins. Boat slip was the best part of the property. I have a 22’ pontoon and it had plenty of room for it. Will be back in the spring!

Nice place

The property was very clean on the inside. I do think some attention needs to be made to the windows and the outdoor fan. Very dirty!we had everything we needed.

Great Weekend Retreat

We had our family and a few friends and had a great weekend. Right on the lake and what a bonus to have a boat dock to park the boat and sea doo's. We will defiantly come back. Manager was super responsive and communicated anytime we had a question.

Nice house with a dock

The property manager Sarah was amazing! Very responsive to the issues that popped up and took care of everything. Def recommend this place and will stay there again in the future!

All About Family

This property met my families needs and more. From the private boat dock to the quiet neighborhood, to the large deck, to the proximity of boat ramp, to the closeness to town this checked all the boxes. We had a fabulous time and will be returning!

Best cabin great neighborhood

This beautiful little cabin is fantastic for a small family getaway... the cabin is set up perfectly for those who might like space away from little ones as the beautifully remodeled master is on one side of the home while the guest rooms are on the opposite side.. .the kitchen, dining & living room are wide open spaces for you to enjoy each other. Having dock access was wonderful. We took our daughter & grandkids & had the best vacation. Will book again!

Wow a wonderful property! The neighborhood is so quiet and the house has everything you need. Close to everything 10 minutes to Kingston and 10 minutes to Durant.

Nice lakefront property

Excellent communication with Sarah. Very responsive and accommodating. Property is in a great spot and we really enjoyed the boat dock and quiet cove. The house is older, but the inside has been updated and is clean/well kept with nice bathrooms, furniture, bedding, ext.. The house has some issues (awkward layout, sliding patio doors very old and hard to open, some wood rot and foundation issues) and is overdue on some repairs. But these issues are easily overlooked for a visitor. The covered rear deck is large and was a favorite place to hang out. Overall, a nice place to relax at Texoma.

Beautiful Property

Our family had a blast on our stay! The house is beautiful as well as the view. The neighbors were friendly and peaceful. We grilled, fished, fed the turtles, played games, explored the nearby parks and town. The communication back and forth between the property management company was great too. Thank you all so much for our wonderful stay! We cant wait to come back :)

Weekend break

We stayed here for a long weekend family getaway. We loved the house and the access to Lake Texoma. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were excellent!

Great weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is just as pictured. I only wish the internet signal was better. The TV continuously buffered and we were unable to use our phones most of the time since the signal in the area wasn’t good. But looking on the bright side it helps us to truly disconnect and relax. Sarah quickly responded to my questions and was super accommodating. Looking forward to staying again.

Vacation on Lake Texoma

The place we stayed was really comfortable with a great location. Online pictures were accurate and nice updates, deck and fishing dock. Enjoyed our stay very much. Only had a couple of issues. Floors in kitchen and dinning area were not cleaned, WIFI was very unstable and there were ants in one of the bedrooms that got in luggage.
