The Agave, a new luxury home, this spectacular award-winning home at Coral Mountain PGA West is the ideal desert/golf retreat! THE NAHB recognizes the magnificent architecture and stellar quality of this home with awards BEST HOME DESIGN PACIFIC REGION, BEST COMMUNITY IN THE COUNTRY, BEST ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, and an ARCHITECTURAL INNOVATION AWARD. This Cali-Bali'' modern architectural masterpiece accentuated with tasteful Balinese influence, open floor plan, and floor to ceiling glass brings in the panoramic beauty of the outdoors inside while providing it's occupants with the ultimate vacation vibes. Alta Verde's signature modern interiors boast fine Italian Glass Cabinetry by Modulo Cucine, Chicane faucets, Stainless Steel Bosch appliances, Solid Surface Quartz counters and Kohler and Aqua Brass fixtures. Progressive green features include tankless water heaters, Low E dual glazing and variable speed zoned HVAC systems standard.
This gorgeous 4 bedroom house has a King bed in the Master bedroom with an en-suite bath. the second bedroom also has a King bed with en-suite bath. The third bedroom boasts 2 Queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed. The amenities offered includes a pool and spa, fire pit, and a pool table.
This property do not have a short term rental permit and rents for a 31 night minimum. You will be required to fill out a RentSpree application and an additional deposit may be required.
Weekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guests expense upon request.
Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed.
Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
Cancellation policy and procedures
Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.
Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.
For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you.
If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund.
To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.
The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.
Example request.
"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
Thanks."
We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.
