We absolutely value all guest feedback as it helps us continually improve our services. First, I'd like to apologize for any discomfort you experienced with the well water during your stay. We have a system in place to filter the well water, as well as a battery backup to ensure uninterrupted operation. However, in the event of a prolonged power outage, it is possible that the system may have needed to be reset to optimize the water quality. That being said, neither the guest before you, nor the guest right after you have reported any issues with the well water so I can't say for sure what happened. However, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and will look into this matter further to ensure that all our guests have the best possible experience. In the future, I recommend that let the host know immediately if there is something to your dissatisfaction as I (and probably most hosts) prefer to address things like this immediately. Regarding the ADA concerns you mentioned, we take accessibility very seriously and strive to provide as much information upfront as possible and to make our guests' stay as comfortable and inclusive an experience for all our guests. We would appreciate any specific details you could provide about the concerns you encountered so that we can address them promptly. We are glad to hear that overall, you had a great weekend, and we hope that despite the mentioned discomfort, you were able to enjoy your time with us. I completely understand your concern about some of the bathtubs being too large. I get mixed comments on that as some people love the larger tubs, but I think it makes sense to convert at least one to a walk-in type of shower (for now) so that there is another option, and it also provides a more accessible option for our guests with mobility needs.
