Beach service is included from March 15 through the end of October, with two chairs and an umbrella set up daily—offering you a $500 savings.

With over 24 feet of windows overlooking the stunning Gulf of Mexico, this condo welcomes you to the beach from the moment you arrive.

Meticulously decorated and lovingly curated, this exquisite condo reflects the owner's dedication to quality and comfort.

1601 West is the only floorplan at Calypso with a wrap-around balcony, providing breathtaking views of the sugar-white beach, emerald waters, Pier Park, and unforgettable sunsets. The views here are unmatched at Panama City Beach’s premier resort.

The condo includes all the modern amenities you expect—high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms, and a thoughtfully stocked kitchen with all essentials. This is the largest floorplan at Calypso and the only one featuring a large kitchen island—perfect for casual meals and spending time together with the cook.

The living and dining areas are elegantly appointed with custom touches throughout. The sofa converts into a queen/full-size sleeper for additional guests.

The lavish master suite offers direct access to the balcony and stunning gulf views from the king-size bed. It features high-thread-count sheets, a flat-screen TV, dresser, and en suite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and direct access to the guest bath with tub/shower combo.

Additional features include a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The view was beautiful. We utilized the balcony early mornings, late afternoons after we enjoyed the beautiful beach and pools. And in the evenings, we enjoyed the balconies again!The unit was very clean and quiet.

I enjoyed this room so much. The view was amazing. The balcony was huge. You can access balcony from the bedroom and the living room. It was so clean. The kitchen was marvelous and had everything you need. I enjoyed the free umbrellas and chairs and will definitely come back. Exceeded my expectations…

Best location!

Great location to many restaurants and shops. Loved Shuckums and Dusty’s. Condo clean and everything needed. Nice pool area with ocean views. Definitely will return to this property.

Perfect place for my long weekend!

The condo was exactly as described and the photos were great, but could not totally show what an amazing view you have while you sit inside or on the wrap around balcony! The place was comfortable, nicely decorated and had all you could need in the well-appointed kitchen. Mitch was wonderful! He was quick to answer any questions I had. I would definetly stay there again!

My wife and 2 12 year olds had a great vacation at this Calypso property. Walk to Pier Park, Dusty’s, Shuckums! Safe parking, security always around even when parking at 11pm. Great workout room with Security checking to ensure people are staying at the Resort. Beach is flawless!

Modern, Spacious, Wonderful unit!

This has to be one of my favorite rentals in the last few years. The unit is bigger than most I have stayed in, and has a wonderful wrap-around balcony. It was clean, and exactly as described. I ended up requesting an extra night since it was available. I absolutely loved being in walking distance of Pier Park. I would definitely stay again in the future!

Very nice condo very reasonable price

From check in to check out the owner was responsive and helpful. We had a small issue with the main tv and the owner and maintenance had it fixed in less than an hour. Condo was clean and comfortable. We did not eat in the condo but the kitchen seemed adequately stocked. Great location to pier park and wonderful balcony to watch the NYE Fireworks. We will return again.

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved our entire stay. There was only a couple issues with the condo but for us it wasn’t a big deal. The dishwasher didn’t work so we just had to hand wash dishes. It would have been great to have smart tv’s so we could login to Netflix, Hulu ect during storms but again, wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely stay there again and again. It was an amazing condo with great views. Felt like home.

Want to stay here for all beach trips

My wife and I have taken 2-3 beach vacations a year for the past 8 years. We both agreed that this property is the first one we'd want to make an annual stay. We loved everything about this vacation spot. Check-in process was a breeze. The property was spotless! The beds were just as comfortable as home. The kitchen was fully stocked. The balcony view was beautiful. The daily beach service consisted two chairs and an umbrella and was included in our stay. We barely moved our vehicle because Pier Park was within walking distance and had almost everything we needed from food to shopping to entertainment. The property manager is so easy to deal with.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable thankfully. Amount of towels in both bathrooms were great. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Great location to lots of places to eat and things to do! Unfortunately I was not a fan of having very little toilet to use and did not realize there was literally NONE, not even a single roll to let ya know, hey get some more toilet paper. The rolls that were on the holder weren’t even full rolls when we got there, so we ended up having to share until we could get some. For the price you would think some things would be included, I’ve stayed many places for cheaper with more complementary items such as coffee (even if it’s cheap and not the greatest it’s coffee), salt, pepper. It’s the little things that matter. Overall it was a great stay and a great place regardless and I would book again due to the location and the cleanliness. I now know what will be needed though.

Beautiful condo! Great location!

We had never been to PCB so we didn't know what to expect. Wow...did this condo and location exceed any and all expectations!! I honestly can't say enough great things about this booking. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location couldn't have been more perfect (very close to Pier Park, Margaritaville, Pompano Joe's, the 1500 ft pier and so much more). The complimentary beach chairs on the private beautiful beach was a great addition as well. The property has 2 big pools, fitness center, and a small store on-site. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Communication with Warren Beach Rentals was fast and informative. Easiest booking and check-in we've ever experienced. Our next trip to PCB will definitely be this exact condo with Warren Beach Rentals. You won't regret booking with this company! We have told all our friends!

Property was great location but lacked in several ways

Beds were not up to par. Queen bed squeaked so bad could not sleep when you moved. It advertised good bedding and beds sheets were thin and certainly not quality. It smelled like dog the minute we opened the door and yet no pets allowed. I would definitely not stay in this condo again. The only thing it had going for it was location. TV's were small for todays standards
