This 2bd/2ba, ocean view condo is located in a quiet section of Myrtle Beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this recently renovated condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.

This 3rd floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has updated bathrooms and kitchen. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and balcony access.

Not the worst, not the best

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn’t love our rental this time around. The photos are great, but definitely touched up. Living area was fine, but the tv was extremely difficult to navigate. A manual on how to use it would have been nice. We liked the big table to eat at, the kitchen looked a little rough, saw multiple spots where paint is peeling off the ceiling, the cabinets are poorly painted, some of the appliances were broken, and the sink ended up smelling like broccoli so we had to cover the drain. The master bed was comfortable, but the bathroom had weird stains on the floor and it didn’t feel great on your feet. The guest beds were fine, we liked that they had extra chairs available and a few games to play. We’ve been coming to maisons for over 30 years and we love the property. Everything about it, but this room needs some touchups to make it a bit nicer.

Softball Nationals

Great place for our family to stay while my daughter competed in Softball Nationals. Wish the balconies had a table and there were a few more coffee cups. Overall fantastic place to stay and will definitely be back.

Very nice condo. Maison Sur Mer is our favorite. Had everything we needed. Views were great.

Not the most convenient check in process/outdated with having to go to a separate location to check in/show ID/get key fobs, etc. There are other units in the building the rest of my family rented that didn't require this. The unit was not the cleanest when we arrived and several things were ripped/broken. Location is excellent and great view of the beach.

Great condo, poor timing

The condo was great. Really nice floor plan. Very comfortable and roomy. Unfortunately they were doing construction on the condo directly above during our stay so we listened to power tools all day. The communication with rental agency was poor, and also very inconvenient to pick up and drop off the keys.

Labor Day week.

Loved the condo layout and decor. Great location. Only down side was floors not clean, only one of the key cards for pool and other entry ways did not work Making very inconvenient with multiple family members. Called property management but no call returned. No one available due to holiday. Check in not at property.

More storage than you could ever need, comfy beds and pillows, great showers, clean kitchen. Negative: There are no places to hang your towels or washcloths anywhere in either bathroom. Tip: We bought command hooks made to safely hang wreaths on glass windows and used them on the shower. Overall: Loved this beautiful, spacious condo and would definitely stay again.

Maisons Sur Mer is a great place to stay (our 2nd stay different condo). I will say the patio furniture was not very comfortable and the inside furniture was built for a tall person. My wife did not find it comfortable. Bring extra toilet paper, 1 roll per bathroom for a week? A box of Kleenex would have been a nice amenity for what we paid. All the appliances worked appropriately.

The room might have been “updated”, but the updates were just thrown together. The room looks like a landlord special everywhere you look. Finish coming off tables and furniture. Curtains have holes and look dirty. Stains and holes in the wall every where you turn. This room needs a deep clean. I knew it was going to be bad when there was a pile of sand outside the entry door and a smell coming from the kitchen upon first entry. Maison’s is a beautiful property and I have been staying here for over 20 years. This unit was disappointing to say the least.

We always enjoy the quality of experience in this community. This unit was exquisitely renovated and has all that you would ever need. We highly recommend this unit for rental and hope the new owners continue to rent it out.
