We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The location was perfect—just a 5–6 minute walk to the beach and an easy walk to the boardwalk in the evenings. It made it so convenient to spend the day at the beach, come back for dinner, and head back out at night. We made some great family memories here.The cottage was cute, the bedrooms were spacious, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch.The only minor drawbacks were that there isn’t a dedicated dining table, so everyone ate around the kitchen counters. Also, it wasn’t clear in the main listing that you have to walk through the third bedroom to access the fourth bedroom (or enter it from outside). We eventually found that information in the photo descriptions, but it would be helpful if it were included in the main property description. Thankfully, it wasn’t an issue for our family since the kids used that bedroom.Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return!

The host answers any questions right away, we lost power during the hurricane storm and she always checked on us, and always kept us updated! The place is amazing, and the host is very nice!!!

The house was very nice and a great location. Enjoyed our stay, however, there were wet towels in the dryer that we needed and wet rugs. And the towels that were folded at the sink were wet.

Love this spot!!!

We were able to stay here for 5 days and it was amazing! The owner Andrea was the absolute best! She worked with us on a few issues when our dog decided to act up and was super easy to communicate with! The location is perfect, we walked to everything and we were able to watch the firework show from the front porch! We will definitely stay at this place again!!! LOVE IT!

Great for soccer tournament

We had a soccer tournament in Wilmington, and found this adorable house to stay at. This house was perfect! It was clean. It was in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Loved the front porch. The girls had a great time around the kitchen counter playing various games. Would highly recommend and if we have another tournament in Wilmington would much rather stay here than a hotel.

Ruff life! Is just right!

Great location, comfortable beach stay for the whole family! Easy walk to boardwalk, public beach and restaurants. Biking to greenway was an additional treat. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Catch a baseball game with the family @ the Wilmington Sharks Nearby @ Legion Field! College baseball summer league fun is a fan delight.

Conveniently located

My sister's family was visiting my wife and I in Raleigh and we decided that a visit to the beach was required. So a short drive left us with a day in Wilmington and some time at the beach. Cheaper than four hotel rooms, more spacious, more comfortable, and a full kitchen? This property was a no brainer. We were pleasantly surprised by how conveniently located this is. Walks to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream were very short. The beds were comfortable. We loved the shower in the front bedroom (large center ceiling rainfall head with separate wall mount spray head). The only negative about the house was an odd layout where you had to walk through one bedroom to get to another. Otherwise, the property is perfect.

What a fantastic property. Have stayed at many rentals in CB and this was my favorite by far. So much room, updated and well stocked with everything needed. Perfect location. Andrea is amazing, so nice and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!!!
