Tiny Cabin on the outskirts of Mohican State Park

Looking for a nice getaway for two ? This is a SUPER TINY 200 sq ft Cabin located in a peacful neighborhood between Loudonville and Perrysville. It has a full kitchen and bath (please note the hot water heater is really small so if you both want hot water, showers should be limited to 3 mins ). A spacious patio to relax and enjoy yourself around a campfire. Super close to the Mohican State Park mountian bike trail !! If climbing in and out of the loft makes you uncomfortable, the sofa features a pullout bed. It's 9 mins to Mohican Adventures. 8 mins to loudonville and 22 mins to Snow Trails. Popular amenities include stove,microwave, mini fridge,and hairdryer.

Beautiful spot and amazing stay!

Amazing spot, you do have to cook outside on the grill most of the time because of the smoke alarm going off. But other than that it was an amazing stay.

Upstairs was hot and downstairs was cold the whole time, not super inconvenient just needed layers and hot water didn’t last over 10 minutes everything else was great. Outsides was amazing.

Great Cabin & Location

Return customer to this great cabin! Minutes away from all things Mohican (Downtown Loudenville, Covered Bridge, Gorge Overlook, all the trails)! Cabin is always very clean the craftsmanship is top notch, and the coffee maker, record player, comforter, etc. are all high quality.

Tubed the river

Place is gorgeous and as advertised is cozy. As Seniors lol the loft was a no go. Pullout was fine though. Place was immaculate and Kevin communicated very wel. Hot tub would make it perfect. Thanks for having us.

Lovely Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed with another couple here for 2 days. We all loved the beautiful cabin and spent every night having a campfire and relaxing. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Mohican!

Cozy cabin

Wonderful tiny cabin

The listing is everything it says it is!! Quaint, relaxing, and much needed. The property manager Kevin was quick to answer my call with any questions, and the property had everything you would need down to kindling for your fire. There is a lot of thought put into this tiny home, and that’s just what it felt like, home. The wildlife around that visited was versatile and serene. The outdoor fire pit area was amazing, the torches really helped keep the bugs away. And as someone who gets many bug bites, it was amazing to get absolutely zero while on our stay. We will absolutely be back as soon as possible, and highly recommend.

A little slice of Heaven

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend getaway at the tiny cabin and we must’ve said a thousand times how thankful we were we found this place. Kevin has thought of every detail to make it feel so homey. Super convenient location with total privacy. The outdoor oasis and back porch swing were where we spent most of our time at the cabin. So peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property and host

This was an amazing small cozy cabin all of the amenities were perfect Kevin thought of everything. I give him a 10 star review my car battery died and he drove 1 hr here bring cabels and give me a jump. Wow.thanks Kevin.we will definitely be returning in the fall hopefully there will be availability

Couple Getaway

With this being our second stay we were just as impressed and more so with everything ! Between the comfort of being next to a fire place with the record playing , being with a loved one and making memories . We could not have asked for a better stay . Not to mention the wonderful host ! Quick to responsd to questions and not only acknowledges suggestions but makes them happen ! We definitely will be back for a third stay !

Sweet little cabin

This little cabin had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. So clean! As a person who prefers ambient lighting I loved the dimmable lights and bistro lights! Created such warm and comfortable vibes. Such a pretty piece of property and the fire pit area was absolutely perfect! We spent hours by the fire. And of course the complementary s’mores kit was such a thoughtful touch. Kevin is a wonderful host. Very responsive and hospitable. My husband and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, getaway.

What a beautiful property. If you are looking for a romantic get-away, this cabin is for you! It was perfect for us and we enjoyed ourselves immensely! The outdoors is also so nicely kept. There is a wonderful patio with firewood just waiting for you and a wonderful porch swing that is very romantic. Just sitting and swinging and watching the animals and birds was such a gift! Perfect

The listing was better then describe, this was a surprise birthday get away for my wife. She was absolutely blown away. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. There was a tiny inconvenience that I let Kevin know about and even though I told him it wasn't a big deal he immediately came and took care of it.

Amazing!

We came for a quick anniversary getaway! This cabin and location was complete perfection! We hiked and explored the Mohican State Park. Enjoy an evening fire in the amazing outdoor space. Outstanding tiny cabin and super clean! The only thing we wished is the lighting would have been better (mainly the bathroom area). We are already planning to come back! The record player was a great special touch! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us! (I am bummed i forgot to write in your book - please add my thoughts). Again many thanks! And we will be back soon!

This tiny cabin is magical! Fully secluded yet minutes from Loudonville, the tiny cabin is the perfect launching pad for numerous activities. The attention to detail in both the exterior and interior charmed us immediately. I don't want to spoil the surprise -- go see for yourselves! I wish I had my mountain bike with me to explore Mohican's trails, but we only had 24 hours and ended up exploring my nearby alma mater instead. This is a great spot if you're visiting colleges (Wooster, Kenyon, Dennison, Kent State, OSU) but want to retreat in quiet for the evening. It's also a great spot to tune out the world and tune into nature. Thank you, Tiny Cabin!
