I left after one night. Bathrooms appeared clean. Kitchen appeared clean except for trash pushed in corners. Basement bedroom had rat droppings in several places and crawl hole is open to room so varmits can get in and pets can get in the crawl space. Rat poison dispenser on floor so no good for pets. Furniture in one room had no drawers and cubby area with toys all over the place. Bed mattresses in two rooms on floor without proper bed frames. Advertised in print a dining table but it had been replaced with a work desk so no place to eat as a family.at lease ten light fixtures not working, broken window hardware and cracked window in living room. Outside yard in front and back needs more attention due to broken items, o regrown with weeds and dirty bbq. Odd “hanging out” of people in their cars outside the house at night. Communication was good. AC worked. This home needs a lot of work to get a Good or higher rating for me. It appeared the owners do not care and are just collecting a check. The ad is misleading. I understand others have praised it but I have been in many VRBO rentals and was shocked how poorly this place was maintained. I was given a partial refund as a result of the issues I encountered as I was not comfortable staying In A house of ill repair. Mostly concerned about rat droppings and alarms not having batteries due to safety and health concerns. I do not recommend this place.
