Maravilla 2112 is a beautiful 1BR/2BA condo just a short walk from gorgeous Miramar Beach! Maravilla is located in a gated resort with two pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball half-court, fitness room, clubhouse, covered parking, bike racks, and shuffleboard. This condo includes a king bed in the master bedroom with a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a twin over twin bunk nook, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6 guests comfortably. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. This first-floor unit features a balcony overlooking the pool and has seating for four on the back patio. Enjoy the added benefit of a washer/dryer in the condo. Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33-acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool, and there is another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! Maravilla features "low rise condo buildings" as opposed to "high rise condo buildings." Low-rise condo buildings are more family-friendly, especially with small children and seniors, while still having the benefit of an elevator. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach. Please note: renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

Maravilla is only 3 miles from the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
