Welcome to The Bluebird Haus at the Jordanelle near Park City, Utah hosted by No Worry Vacations.

This new construction townhome provides modern luxury and a curated world traveler vibe. The expansive feel of this home with vaulted ceilings and an open concept gives you the ultimate modern Utah mountain home.

Enjoy partial views of the Deer Crest section of Deer Valley, the new Deer Valley East Village Resort, and the Jordanelle Reservoir from the front porch.

DURING SKI SEASON THERE IS NOW A SKI SHUTTLE FROM 8AM TO 5PM JUST DOWNLOAD THE MOUNTAIN MOVER APP AND START A NEW PROFILE. IT PROVIDES DOOR TO DOOR ACCESS.

The location is key: easy access to Deer Valley's new East Village, close to the lake for summer activities, and a short 15-minute drive into Park City! Perfect for skiing and snowboarding and your base for activities outside the winter. Easy access to Deer Valley Ski Resort and Park City Mountain Resort. The nearby Jordanelle Reservoir State Park has boats, jet skis, and kayaks for rent!

Enjoy all 2638 square feet of this home, which feels much larger due to its vaulted ceilings.

There is an open concept brand new kitchen on the main level with all Viking gourmet appliances, a center island with barstools, and an adjacent dining table with seating for 8. With large picturesque windows, bright natural light, and a vaulted ceiling the contiguous family area is spacious with plenty of seating including 2 sofas and 2 swivel chairs. Architectural elements include a stacked stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace and modern railings from the floor above.

There is a king primary on the main level with a spacious ensuite bath and gorgeous new technology shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms including another ensuite king bedroom. Two adjacent Jack 'n Jill bedrooms are served by a king bed in one bedroom and a queen over queen in the other. There is a desk on the main floor primary for remote work.

A private hot tub is your group's chance to recharge. The property's garage is spacious and offers a ski storage area and room for two mid-sized SUVs. There is a driveway as well which can accommodate 2 more cars. A bonus ski themed mural is in the garage. Boot dryers and shelving is present.

The Mayflower Lakeside community is perfectly positioned for year-round adventure--skiing at the nearby resorts, hiking and biking year-round, or boating and fishing at the nearby Jordanelle reservoir. Whatever your interests, the Mayflower area offers ease of access to all Park City and Deer Valley have to offer.

What an exceptional home! We loved everthiing about our stay. There were so many special touches that made it amazing! The location was great, the home was pristine, the master bedroom shower was dreamy! They provided charging chords and the arcade game in the bunk room was a nice surprise. Will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful house and great location

We enjoyed this house along with the location as it was in a quiet neighborhood and within 15 minutes of most of our activities. The house was very clean with a nice open area for the family to get together. We were not sure how we would like the location since it was outside of Park cavity, but it ended up working out great as it was halfway between Park City and Heber/Midway and just a few minutes from the interstate. Kitchen had everything we needed and bathrooms were well stocked. Overall it was a great experience for our family if 6 a plus grandparents.

Stunning setting. Had our boat on the lake in 30 minutes from unit. Two days of boating two nights of gathering family from Utah and Massachusetts. Ideal for family in gorgeous mountain setting.

We loved the house, especially the comfortable beds and pillows. The house was clean and beautiful, along with the view outside which was outstanding! There was plenty of space for our group to be together and to have private space when they wanted to be alone. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

What an amazing home in a new neighborhood minutes from Park City Ski Resorts. This residence will not disappoint you if you’re planning a family or friends get away. The amenities include Viking appliances and ski boot warner for those seeking to hit the slopes. This is all topped off with a large hot tub to relax in after skiing all day!

Great Stat!

Nice place to stay! Clean & beautiful home in a gorgeous location. The blinds could use an upgrade though as they were cheap paper & kept falling down in some rooms. Other than that though, it is an amazing house. The master bathroom was incredible! The neighborhood is pretty strict about quiet time starting around 10.

Quick trip to Park City, Utah...

We stayed at the Bluebird Haus from November 30-December 4, 2023. The property was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and very well-equipped. The property management team ensured we knew where to go, how to get in/check in, and all of the specifics associated with the property. The hot tub out back was perfect after a long day on the slopes or walking Park City Main Street and the oversized bathrooms and showers were also a delight! This property is about a ten-minute drive to downtown Park City and is located near the Jordanelle Water Reservoir which makes for very nice scenery. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Park City area!

Not quiet a five star

In our opinion the property was very nice, however, we were disappointed in the furnishings. Table lamps in the great room didn't have bulbs and the furniture was sub par for a rental in this price range.

Fantastic House in a Beautiful Area!

The stay was fantastic. It was everything we hoped for and some. The property is beautiful and you will likely not find a more beautiful background in the country. The amenities were fantastic. We flew in for a business meeting and it was great to find a place that feels like you are feel deep in the mountains, but very close to town. The area is very clean and makes you feel extremely safe. I would love to make another trip back with more time to enjoy all of the activities so close. If you are debating between another property, I would certainly recommend choosing this one!

Highly Recommended Modern Property

Great stay. Clean, comfortable and so modern! Kitchen and bathrooms were incredible! A real treat ! Many little details of luxurious stay with bath salts, creams, etc My family had a great time. The only detail that needs work are the current “curtains”. For a house this luxurious, the folded paper curtains that can’t be pulled up (one of them actually fell and we had to put it back in place) take away a little the otherwise perfect rental property experience. Otherwise, highly recommended it!!!

Beautiful and Spacious that is close to Jordanelle and Park City,

This place was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed! The rooms were huge and the beds were SO comfortable. They do have blinds up in the bedrooms now, so privacy wasn’t an issue at all. It was really nice that it was so close to Jordanelle and Park City, but we spent even more time just relaxing at the house and hanging out in the private hot tub which we loved!!

It's a spotless and neat place equipped with many utilities and appliances. Almost all the stuff is new! One thing to notice for future travelers is that there are no curtains for that house at all windows. Be careful if you mind the privacy.

Highly Recommended Property at the Heart of Park City!

We loved staying at The Retreat at the Jordanelle! Even more spacious than pictures showed and anything you’d want was provided. Very clean, fully stocked, very comfortable and GORGEOUS. Felt very spacious but very close proximity to Park City destinations and attractions. Huge kitchen to prepare meals. Pristinely clean. Very thoughtful details. Hot tub was a nice touch. Clear and precise instructions and suggestions of things to do. Perfect place to hang out and enjoy your evenings. We will definitely be booking again in the future next time we’re in the area!! Can’t recommend enough.

Awesome weekend away

We felt really lucky to discover this new area. Being close to the Jordanelle reservoir made this a nice home to rent in the summer. This brand new townhouse is very luxurious, modern and extremely clean. There are many thoughtful touches. We really loved having our own private hot tub. We stayed at the home for some remote work from home days and the internet worked very well and the natural light in the home was great for getting things done. We were very near to the Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola and this would be a killer spot in the winter. This area is very high-end. Everything you need is here. It looks like there will be a community clubhouse area soon!
