The Space:

2 Acres, 2970 SQ Ft home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 Baths. A large circular driveway greets you in the enclosed private space. No Neighbors mean loud parties are ok with permission prior to booking. Located next to Tracy Sky-Dive center.

There is a Capacity for 16 people to stay at the house overnight. Extra charges apply to any visitors that guests may invite ($55 per person) . Must be pre-approved prior to booking. Events may need security and insurance. Please reach out for more information. Any events with 25 or more on site requires portable restrooms as we are on septic tank.

Please note that glassware is not permitted in the backyard. Any unlisted guests found on the property will incur a charge, deducted from the security deposit, at double the standard rate. For events, please discuss your plans with us beforehand so we can ensure you have the best experience.
