We typically provide a starter set of paper products and soaps to welcome guests upon arrival, but we will review our guest communication to ensure it is absolutely clear that guests may need to supplement these items for longer stays. We also take your comments about the furnishings, linens, and the bathroom faucet seriously. We are actively assessing the condition of the furniture and bedding to ensure our accommodations are comfortable. The instructional video for the faucet was intended to be helpful, but we recognize that a fully intuitive, seamless experience is preferred, and we are addressing the necessary repairs. Thank you for your feedback on your stay. I apologize for the issues you experienced with the mattress, shower, and coffeemaker. We are already addressing these problems by replacing the mattress and coffeemaker and having a plumber fix the shower. We'll also be adding more hooks for towels and bathing suits and will consider providing some basic kitchen staples. We take all guest input seriously and use it to constantly improve. I do want to reassure future guests and note that we have actively updated the condo, including installing a brand-new mattress, adding a modern Keurig coffee maker, and fully stocking the kitchen with plenty of cookware and silverware to ensure a comfortable stay. Regarding the shower, we are having maintenance look into the temperature controls immediately to ensure it is fully functional and easy to use. I also appreciate your perspective on communication. My goal is always to provide a warm, personal touch and ensure guests have clear directions, as navigating beach complexes can sometimes be tricky. However, I completely understand the convenience of having everything readily accessible within the app, especially for solo travelers. I am working on loading more of these detailed parking and Wi-Fi instructions directly into the platform to make the check-in process even more seamless moving forward.
