A Delightful Stay

Beautiful Condo with a great balcony that overlooks the marina. Absolutely perfect location. The Unit was much larger than we expected and equipped with everything. Very impressed on how well maintained and Chris, the property manager was super to work with. Hope to return…Our best Naples experience so far.

Excellent property and location

The unit was fantastic! Much larger than I thought from seeing the pictures. Great balcony that overlooks the marina. The location is ideal for walking to the beach, restaurants on 5th Avenue and Baker Park which has beautiful walking trails. The owner and property managers were so responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Winter 24/24

The condo was clean, well maintained, well decorated, and the location was excellent. We went to all of the restaurants and bars in the development, walked to 5th Ave several times, and walked to the beach. The pools were very convenient and quiet. The included pain g was also convenient. It was exactly as advertised.

Location great; Noise, not so great

Upside: This condo is in a great location, easy to walk to 5th Ave shops/restos. Owner/manager easy to communicate with. Downside: Big one; it’s noisy out there. The main bedroom is overlooking the harbour on one side but a very busy intersection on the other. It’s on a hospital route so hear many sirens 24 hours a day. A bar across the street adds to the noise factor. This could be remedied to a great extent by putting in “airport” windows/glass. Also, the gym is tiny. Owner indicated that the clubhouse will be undergoing renovations soon.

Noisy and limitted supplies

The condo is nice but very noisy in the master bedroom and patio. Loud traffic and planes flying directly above in and out of Naples airport. The pool is on the same side and extremely noisy as well. We did love the location being able to walk to various restaurants and bars. Beach is a short car ride or very long walk. No complimentary coffee. We were left with 1 packet of sugar, 1 laundry detergent pod, 1/2 roll of paper towels, and not enough toilet paper to get us through 3 nights. When we called the management company, they told us that they just start us of with a limited amount and expect the guest to get more when needed. All of the frying pans had scratched up Teflon flaking off. Water pressure in the master bedroom was so low, you could hardly wash your face in the sink.

Little paradise getaway

Lets start from check in which is 4pm. We showed up right before 12pm were greeted nicely and accessed condo in 2min. Nice, clean newly renovated equipped with all necessary amenities, beautifully decorated. Not to mention that everything is is 2 steps away (breakfeast cafe's, restaurants, marina with boat rentals, shopping and pool right next door to condo). Beautiful downtownt with lots of top of the line restaurants and butique shopping just 5min away. White sand not crowded beaches 7min away (we always went to 5th st beach) If you need anything host is always there, responds within minutes you can always call if u would like. Higly recomend and will return next year, thank you Chris!
