Bursting with unique touches sourced from around the world, this 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is tucked back on a 1 acre corner lot full of large trees and lush landscape. This home has been impeccably remodeled - each space creatively and professionally designed.
Property amenities include, a beautiful pool with waterfall and tanning deck, Grill under covered patio, and a permanent outdoor movie screen with projector. There are multiple outdoor lounge areas including one with a custom mural backdrop and another with a 200 year old hand carved elephant statue with moroccan seating.
At night, this property truly comes to life! Multi-colored LED mood lights illuminate the palm trees and landscape around the pool offering the best "chill vibes" as you relax under the star lit string lights.

We are ready to greet you with a full coffee bar including, a french press, pour over, and coffee grinder. A coffee pot is available as well a Kettle for hot tea.
Traveling with an RV in tow? This property can accommodate class B and C RV's, Campers or Adventure Vans. There are hook ups for electrical, water, and sewer. (Additional charges apply)
There is plenty of parking in the driveway - no garage access.
Need an EV Charger for your electric vehicle? We recently installed a charging station for your convenience during your stay (a nominal fee applies).

The bungalow is located in the center of everything DFW has to offer! Just 10-15 minutes from Southlake Town square, Downtown Roanoke, and Downtown Grapevine (don't miss the wine tastings and tours!)
Hawaiian Falls waterpark is just minutes away as well as many parks and trails to hike or ride bikes.
DFW airport is under 30 minutes away. This property is easy access to Fort Worth, The StockYards, the Fort Worth Zoo, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, The Ballpark in Arlington, Cowboys Stadium, Dickies Arena, American Airlines Center, Grapevine Lake and much more!
The entire home and outdoor area is covered by a mesh wifi network with the highest speed available. Need to work remotely from our home? We provide an office space/desk with a privacy door so you can stay on top of things while enjoying your time away!

Notes from the owners:
1. 10pm noise ordinance - please help us be good neighbors by turning music off by 10pm and by keeping voices and noises low to not disturb surrounding properties.

2. This home is drug-free and smoke-free indoors and outdoors including vapes and e-cigarettes.

3. Please park in driveway not on street

4. Remove any trash during or after your stay into the dumpster located by the garage / driveway

5. This is a pet free property
