The space
Our condo is situated in a quiet corner of the community – an ideal choice for both business travelers and leisure seekers. Whether you're traveling solo or with a partner, our private condo with a touch of Southwest flair is the perfect destination for a laid-back and enjoyable stay!

No stairs, no fuss – just easy access for a relaxed stay. A heated pool is just a stone's throw away, offering the perfect spot to unwind and soak up some sunshine. What's more, covered parking is right in front of the condo, ensuring that your vehicle is safe and easily accessible. Finally, for golf enthusiasts, right in front of the condo, there's a putting green to practice your skills and enjoy some leisure time.

Prepare your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen and savor a cup of freshly brewed coffee from the Keurig. Ninja air fryer, blender, mixer, toaster, drip coffee maker, French press and any kitchen tool you can imagine!

The living room features stylish furniture and a large smart LED TV. You will have access to almost 100 cable channels and Roku for entertainment.

In the bedroom, you'll enjoy a comfortable King-size memory foam mattress with cotton bedding. For added convenience, a walk-in shower awaits to freshen up at night.

Getting around
The best way to move around is by car, Uber/taxi or bike. Freeway 101 is just a few miles away and can take you to many local attractions in the Phoenix valley, popular travel destinations outside of Phoenix (Sedona, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff to name a few) as well as Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.
