Welcome to your spacious 3,200 sq. ft. centrally located Houston retreat! This modern, multi-level home is perfectly designed for families, groups, and business travelers seeking comfort and fun. Ideally located in a safe & friendly neighborhood, minutes from all of Houston's major attractions. With an incredible backyard oasis featuring a private pool, hot tub, and mini-golf, your memorable stay begins here.
Our home's bright, open-plan layout invites you to relax and connect. The main floor combines a comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchen, creating the perfect hub for your group.
LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
Unwind in one of two living rooms, each furnished with large sofas and big-screen TVs where you can stream your favorite shows. For a bit of friendly competition, head to the game room on the 3rd floor for a round of shuffleboard or enjoy one of the board games provided.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, which features a gas range, a large island with bar seating, and modern appliances. We provide:
* Pots, pans, plates, and glassware
* An extensive selection of seasonings and spices
* Pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and air fryer
* A starter supply of coffee pods and teas
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
With four bedrooms, the home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in beds, with space for up to 10 using the sleeper sofas.
* Primary Bedroom (2nd Floor): King bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
* Guest Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor): King bed and a twin sleeper sofa.
* Guest Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): King bed.
* Guest Bedroom 3 (3rd Floor): King bed and a sleeper sofa.
BACKYARD OASIS
Step outside into your private, fully fenced backyard. Spend your days lounging by the beautiful pool, soaking in the attached hot tub, practicing your swing on the 2-hole putting green, or grilling at the outdoor kitchen.
Pool & Hot Tub Heating:The pool and hot tub are a highlight of the property. Please note the following:
* The pool is heated to 85°F for free from October 1st to April 30th. Heating during other months is available for an additional $40/night.
* The hot tub can be heated to 102°F outside of quiet time hours. We can turn on the jets for you upon request.
* Please be aware that the in-pool lights are currently inoperable.
WORK & CONVENIENCES
* Dedicated Workspace: An open office area is available for your use.
* High-Speed WiFi: Stay connected throughout the entire home.
* Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the 2nd-floor laundry room.

Getting to Houston's major attractions is a breeze. You are just a quick drive or Uber ride from the Houston Medical Center, Downtown, Rice University, the Museum District, The Galleria, and all major sporting venues.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a wonderful stay for you and to respect our neighbors, we ask that you follow a few simple rules:
* NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. All parties will be immediately shut down by the police and you will be asked to leave the property.
* QUIET HOURS after 10pm when outside. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings when you are hanging out outside the house or coming home after 10pm.
* No pets.
You assume all liability for you and everyone in your party when you use the pool and spa, please use the pool responsibly. Do not leave children unattended AT ANYTIME in the backyard or the pool.
Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have three exterior security cameras located in the following areas: outside the garage, above the front door, overlooking the pool area. These cameras are actively recording and monitoring the exterior only. There are no cameras inside the home.

Reagan was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. Communication was great and they made it known that they were always available for any questions or concerns. House was amazing and was convenient to everything we had planned in Houston during the weekend. Highly recommend booking this house.

Host was so responsive and accommodating. She was on top of everything we needed during our stay! The property was beautiful and in a great area. So close to all things we needed. Perfect for my group of girls staying for my bachelorette trip! Would definitely stay again.

We spend a lot of time on the road and although this place is much larger than what we normally reserve it’s absolutely perfect. Loved the hot tub and pool - also, couldn’t ask for a better location - so close to a never ending list of great restaurants and bars…very attentive and responsive host was an added bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. We found the heating/cooling system a little confusing but Reagan was very responsive to questions we had and gave helpful tips. Home was clean, beds were comfortable, several toiletries were provided which was helpful. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything.

The host was amazing! Excellent communication and pro-active helpful service. We thoroughly appreciated how good the communication and hospitality was conducted.The property was also very nice and centrally located in Houston which made our activities easy no matter what we were doing.The pool and hot tub were both very enjoyable with perfect temps! I would absolutely recommend this property. The house was great and the host was even better!

What a fantastic stay! The location could not have been better — truly a standout feature. The property itself was immaculately maintained and thoughtfully updated, with a level of cleanliness that made it feel like home from the moment we arrived. As someone traveling with a vehicle that needed secure storage, I especially appreciated the private garage parking — a rare and welcome perk. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need, with no detail overlooked. Our host was an absolute pleasure to work with — responsive, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. We never had to wait long for a reply and always felt well taken care of. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again! 10 Stars!!

In town for a family wedding
The house was perfect for hosting a large family !
Lots of space to spread out. The pool and hot tub were a great accommodation as well !

Perfect place to stay
This is our second time staying here and we will be back. The home is spacious and perfectly laid out with all the amenities you need. The location is perfect, an easy walk to several restaurants or a short drive away. Reagan is the perfect host, always responds right away. Thank you!!

Fun Mommy/Daughter Weekend
This house was absolutely PERFECT for our Mother/Daughter weekend staycation in Houston! Both Moms and Daughters shared incredible lasting memories in this space and we are so grateful to Reagan for sharing her home and being so responsive and accommodating to our needs.

Immaculately clean, perfect location, quiet street, and huge townhome, PLENTY of space for our group of 8 ladies in town for the rodeo! As first-timers to the Rodeo and not familiar with HTX, I did a ton of research to try to find a central, safe location, and this was perfect. Large shared spaces, huge master bathroom and bedroom, and large shared space on 3rd floor. Also, very well insulated in controlling sound from shared spaces and bedrooms. Reagan was also a wonderful host, checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable and offering to share recommendations. 10/10 would recommend.

Our Family Mardi Gras Trip
The house was perfect for our family. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool which was heated upon our request. Our host Reagan handled all of our needs in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. Next time in Houston we would stay here again.

Huge house
The house was perfect for 10 girls and could fit a lot more people with all the pull out couches. The outside area was small but amazing with a hot tub and pool. Would definitely recommend!

This was an absolutely AMAZING home!!! Reagan is the absolute BEST!! She got us out of a bind after booking another VRBO that was not okay on arrival. We were able to book this at the last minute!! Reagan is so responsive and a fabulous host!!! Not 1 thing can I complain about!!! An absolute MUST if you’re coming to stay in Houston !!
