8-Bedroom Mountain Estate Near Snowbasin Ski Resort

This home sits on 2 acres with a million dollar mountain view. The grounds are beautifully manicured. This is property is ideal for reunions and retreats. It has a new Bullfrog hot tub, 85" TV and a game room with arcades, ping pong, basketball, billiards, and enormous building blocks. We also have a sand volleyball court and a fire pit.

We allow up to 30 guests. (We have 7 queens and 12 bunk beds, a couple of pack 'n plays). We are 20 min from Snowbasin Resort, 30 min from East Canyon Reservoir and 40 min to Powder Mountain Resort. Enjoy our sand volleyball, basketball, & hot tub!

We love family reunions and business retreats! We allow small weddings and other events on the lawn (up to 100 ppl) for a $1500 event fee. The event fee also includes access to the massive 2600-sq ft detached garage which is perfect for dances and events.

Great gathering place

We enjoyed the variety of shared spaces. There were activity areas separated from sleeping areas. The kitchen seating area is very high which makes it more complicated for young children to be seated. We had a large extended family group and there was enough room for all to have fun without getting in each other’s way.

Great for couples ski trip…near snow basin.

We had five couples and really enjoyed the house. The pool table, ping pong and movie theater was fun after skiing.

Great stay. The house was bigger than expected. Just the perfect amount of distance into the mountains. Playground outside was a plus. This was a great stay!

Absolutely Beautiful

The house is beautiful, the Vrbo pictures don’t give it justice. Outside and inside is absolutely amazing. We have beautiful pictures of the secluded land, beautiful snow covered mountains and the well furnished home and lovely kitchen and appliances. My family cooked huge meals everyday.Our children were so pleased with the big bunk room, they watched movies in the theatre room and played their video games on the big screen. I could go on and on, this house made our family trip perfect.Thank you,

family reunion getaway

The home is spacious. We loved watching the Olympics in the theater room and the kids enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. There was a problem with the A/C in one of the bedrooms. The park across the street was a nice place for the kids to play and fly a kite. We all enjoyed spending a day at Snow Basin hiking.

Beautiful views, lots of fun activities for the group

The views were breathtaking and a perfect back drop for our family wedding. We had a large group staying here and it accommodates multiple people well. Folks enjoyed the movie theater! I wish I could give this five stars but the house needs a thorough deep cleaning. Little things would make this rental excellent-pillow covers and mattress covers (would have prevented them from being stained). Wipe down the baseboards and vacuum along them. Remove the pots/pans and wipe down the shelves from the dirt that has collected. And clean the windows so folks can really enjoy the view! Just small details that I notice because that kind of thing is important to me. (It didn't bother the majority of our party.) Also with a house this large that accommodates that many-a second washer and dryer would be so helpful but they don't have one. And their dryer had an error code that it was clogged so it took way longer than normal to dry towels.They did have two fridge/freezers and two dishwashers which we appreciated. We did utilize the dumpster that is in the driveway as we had LOTS of trash.The sound system for the venue at the wedding reception was AWESOME!! And there were plenty of chairs and tables for our group. If you need refrigeration for drinks or ice there is nothing in the large reception garage. We had some coolers. We just brought some of the trash cans from inside the house out there for our party. Granddaughter liked the swingset! and the group played sand volleyball too.

Lots of fun and close to the slopes.

The place is perfect for large groups. Plenty of space and lots of activities. The theater room was a perfect place to watch the Superbowl! Quick drive to Snowbasin and into town for groceries and only a little bit further to Powder Mountain. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to ski in the area.

Thompson Family Presidents Day Weekend Stay

Venue was perfect for our family. Grandchildren loved the recessed bunk beds!!! Adults loved privacy! Grandchildren loved game room and media room. Very close to Snow Basin—much closer than Eden. Would love to stay again next Presidents Day weekend!!!

Great house!

The house was great! Although we had 10 in our group, it could have comfortably handled so many more. It was a great location in Morgan with very nice amenities (arcade room, media room, pool table, hot tub, 8- bedrooms and a nice big kitchen.

Spacious

I hosted a 25 person family reunion at this property. All good things were said about this property. Everyone had enough space to take some down time, Lots of table and counter space to eat. Grounds and house very clean. Our family ranges from kids with babies to teenagers and this house accommodated needs and fun activities for all of us. We had a mishap during the stay and within the half hour we were reached out to and helped. We are definitely going to be booking again in the future

Good find

This trip was for an admin retreat. It was a good venue with enough space to accommodate 22 people. Beds were a little awkward because they are three levels for adults, but overall it was great. We will look for the property availability in the future. The media room surround sound didn’t work and only came out of the projector. I would say that was the only disappointing thing.

Great home, could have been a bit cleaner

The house was great. It could accommodate a large group and had plenty of entertainment. The cleaning crew was still working when we arrived at check-in time. We're not sure if this caused them to rush through their work, but the house was not fully vacuumed and floors were not to our level of expectation. While the owners/manager had instructions for check-out, they needed instructions for operating the TVs and theater room. We couldn't figure it all out even with our teenage kids and their tech skills. We would still come back to this house as it was very accommodating for our large group, but we encouraged the manager to provide a little more instructions and to make sure their cleaning crew didn't shortcut their work.

Great views and lots to do!

The house itself needs some maintenance work done. One bathroom lock didn’t work, a few blinds are broken, cleaning was hurried, and some furniture needs updating. The countertop, kitchen chairs, microwave and cabinets are set for tall people so my 5’ self struggled with those but managed just fine. That being said, it’s hard to find places that sleep 24 people for our family reunions. The downstairs kitchen & table was perfect for our 14 grandchildren to eat at while the adults dealt with the high granite table upstairs for our meals. The best part for us was the theater room with its 18 recliners. We showed family videos and photos every night on the giant screen and everyone loved that part. The hot tub was a hit with the teens as was the volleyball court. The men loved the pool table. Kids loved the arcade, ping pong table, the play area outside and the great park across the street. There was plenty of parking and a dumpster for all our trash. The adults had enough room upstairs to talk and reminisce and every family had a room to get away from the group for quiet time when needed. Morgan is a quaint town with a great creamery, a few restaurants and a Ridley’s we ended up going to every day for a week. Though this place wasn’t as pristine as other VRBO’s we have stayed at, it was a good price, we had a great family reunion there and would consider it for another reunion in the future.

Nice house, needs some TLC

The house is nice and set up great for families or groups of friends. It was a little dirty when we arrived; coffee maker not cleaned out and towels still in the dryer. Snowed about 15" but the driveway was never plowed. Garbage was not removed or instructions provided on where to put it. Tried to reach the property manager but never heard from them.

Intimate Wedding

We had a wonderful time with family and friends at this beautiful property. It was great to have our out of state family staying onsite with us. We received multiple compliments on the property and there were a ton of fun things for everyone to do. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and are so glad to have found this place.

Family reunion

This is a great property for a large family reunion! Plenty of bedrooms and lots of space to run around outside. Loved the theater and game room! The cubby under the stairs was also a big hit with the littles. It was in need of a good carpet clean but other than that was clean and very nice. Only issue we had is there is not adequate seating for meals for a large group. Eight bar stools around a very tall kitchen island. We had kids eat outside on the porch or carry food downstairs. So it worked, just not ideal. We had a great stay and made some wonderful memories!
