Welcome to our meticulous fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bath home located in the exclusive gated Anthem Country Club, set at the base of Daisy Mountain. * All stays include free rental and use of two E-Bikes *

If you are looking for a comfortable, modern, and well kept vacation home with private back yard (including relaxing water feature) then this home is for you. Our tranquil, tastefully decorated home sits on a premium private, oversized lot, in a quiet cul-de-sac providing that relaxing retreat you're looking for.

Located at the high Sonora Desert foothills, Anthem is a highly rated master planned community offering golfing, restaurants, community parks, recreational trails, a first-class aquatic center, shopping and much more! Anthem is located a short 35- 45 minute drive north of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

The space
Our home truly is a home away from home! You will find everything you need for a more than relaxing and comfortable stay. Our 1 level 3-bedroom, 2 bath home features an open concept living room with dining area and plantation shutters throughout. With clean, comfortable furnishings and modern décor, this home is perfect for a couple or family, sleeping up to 6 guests.

The master suite features a comfortable, king size bed, private ensuite bathroom with double bowl vanity, walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a comfortable, queen-size bed, full bath located just outside the bedroom and large closet. The third bedroom has a single bunk on top with double futon below sharing the second full bathroom - which is perfect for your visiting family. Our third bedroom is also equipped with a desk, office chair and 27” monitor. The second bath features a tub and shower combination. All bedrooms have plantation shutters to ensure a good night's sleep!

Our large, backyard offers privacy with tasteful landscaping and a relaxing water feature pond. Enjoy sitting outside on our extended and covered patio with comfortable seating, propane firepit, and BBQ.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home & backyard, including the 2 car garage and 2 car driveway. All guests must park in the driveway, or garage. All stays include the free use of two E-Bikes which are a fantastic way to explore the area!

IMPORTANT NOTE - Country Club Membership
For those guests enjoying a longer-term stay, membership to the Anthem Country Club can be transferred to provide you full access to amenities including heated swimming pools, state of the art equipped fitness clubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, restaurants and much more. Please contact us for details; a membership transfer fee applies.

Guests staying for shorter-term rentals may purchase membership to the Anthem Community Club which provides access to outdoor swimming pool, aquatics park, outdoor volleyball/tennis courts, indoor basketball/volleyball courts, fitness center, ten-court pickle ball complex and much more!

Other things to note
This is a gated community with a security guard gate for added peace of mind and security. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $199 USD. For guest with pets, there is a one-time pet fee of $199 USD. The home is fully equipped with all bedding, towels, kitchen utensils and equipment.

Anthem Treasure

Beautiful house in an excellent location. Simon was very responsive to all our questions and provided everything we needed. Checkin was a breeze and we enjoyed the recommendations in the notebook that the owners provided. Anthem is a nice town with a small town feel; we enjoyed it very much. Plenty of fun things to do nearby. Checkout was also very easy and convenient. Highly recommend staying at this property and thank you Simon and Pam for being such gracious hosts.

Annual Arizona Winter Vacation

We have been coming to Arizona in the winter for extended stays since 2012 to visit our son and other family, and really enjoy the town of Anthem. It has a small-town feel, which we like but you can access the more popular things to do in Arizona fairly quickly. Simon and Pam's home was perfect for us. The home is well cared for, was very clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed. Everything for cooking, baking, and having family over for dinners was supplied, as well as items to keep the home clean for our extended stay. The decor was great, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard water feature was relaxing on the days it was warm enough to sit outside. We really appreciated the home being situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. No barking dogs or traffic noise, and walking the neighborhood was enjoyable. Simon was great in communicating with us throughout our entire stay, and I appreciated the fact that he worked with the HOA before we arrived, so our gate access went smoothly. First time access to the home was easy, and we had no issues during our stay. We liked the fact that we had access to the garage for parking, as it made it easier to carry suitcases, groceries, etc. into the house. This was a definite plus from the other homes we have stayed at in Anthem. The bottle of wine and basket of items you left for us upon arrival made us feel welcome and it was easy to feel comfortable and at home. Great home to stay at for extended stays in Anthem. Simon was a GREAT host! The house was exactly like his pictures & description stated. The outside foundation provided a very peaceful setting. The e bikes were a great hit! I would definitely give this home & Simon a 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property was purchased by Simon and his wife Pam as a vacation property. Simon, Pam and their two daughters live in Canada and love visiting the community of Anthem to escape the Canadian weather. Pam and Simon first met while working as shipboard employees for Royal Caribbean Cruises and have been fortunate over the years to travel the world extensively. Eventually they hope to be able to spend a larger part of the year in Anthem.

Simon & Pam fell in love with Anthem while visiting family that also own in the Country Club. There is so much to love about Anthem – there are over 25 golf courses within 30 minutes of this planned community. Whether you are here for lakes or mountains, Anthem is just 15 minutes from Lake Pleasant for water skiing, or 1.5 hours from Flagstaff for boarding / snow skiing. Off I-17 you are a short drive from Sedona and the Grand Canyon to hike or view some of the most beautiful parts of the country. Best of all the Anthem Country Club is a secured, quiet and friendly area to live.

One of the things we love the most about this home is the private, landscaped backyard with soothing water feature. The house is also equipped with the very latest in technology including high-speed internet, 65” 4K Smart TV, and Alexa enabled devices. The home is in a quiet cul-de-sac and has been equipped with all the furniture, appliances and supplies to make your vacation stay comfortable.
