Stylish Treetop Cabin with Jacuzzi & Sauna in the Arnold Woods

I live in beautiful Discovery Bay with my family and work at Home Depot Corp as the head of marketing tech and before Sephora (beauty junkie). My husband is a graphic designer/artist and we have a 10 year old. We're originally from Seattle, WA so love exploring California and new places & adventures.

We currently have 3 places on Airbnb: a Treehouse Cabin in Arnold, CA, a Jungle Bungalow & a Bed & Breakfast style room in our Discovery Bay home.

We love hosting and sharing out cool art-filled spaces with others. And of course we love finding new places and adventures too!

THE DIGS:
The treetop cabin in an open living area with living/TV area, kitchen, and dining room with spectacular views from the treetop location. The furnishings are rustic/industrial but also high tech with high-speed internet, laptop and workstation desks in each room, so you can work and play! The TV is equipped with all the channels or kick-back and listen to records. The living room also contains a well stocked library with books and games for the whole family.

THE BASICS:
Accommodates 6-7 guests. Bedroom 1: one queen bed. Bedroom 2: bunk bed trundle: two twins and a full bed. Living room: full sofa bed. Optional: queen inflatable mattress. Linens: flannel cotton linens, pillows (and extras), down mattress cover (queen), comforters/quilts, wool blankets and extra throw blankets.

For Baby & Pets: We have essentials for our your little ones: for babies we have a travel crib and changing table, high-chair and travel infant tub.

Heating/Fans: There is a large wood stove in family/dining room that keeps the cabin warm & cozy. Each room has room wall heaters. There are ceiling fans or floor fans in each room. In the summer we have portable room air conditioners in the living room & bedroom.

The one bathroom has plush cotton towels, hair dryer, toiletries: soap, shampoo/conditioner, makeup remover pads, and Q-tips.

Wifi & Essentials: High-speed internet, WiFi, smart TV, cable (Netflix, Amazon. Hulu), washer/dryer (+ detergents), games, books, record player & records, blue-tooth speaker, microwave and dishwasher.

You will have entire access to the cabin and surrounding property. Includes:
3-Person Jacuzzi, 3-Person Infrared Sauna, Cold Water Plunge Pool, Hammock, Picnic Table, 1 Firepit and 1 Propane Fireplace, Outdoor Couch & Chairs. In the summer you will have access to the 2 lakes (Fly In and Blue Springs).

Parking: Parking available for 2 cars on driveway, below the driveway there is street parking. B

THE EXPERIENCE:
A unique luxury and relaxation experience....ahhh Local wine and treats await your arrival. Spa-like amenities are at our unique cabin: jacuzzi spa, infrared sauna, lounge spaces & plunge pool. We provide local coffee for the automatic cappuccino/latte maker or use the drip coffee maker. Fully stocked Stocked with organic toiletries, and fully functional kitchen.

THE FUN:
In the summer enjoy 2 nearby lakes minutes away for paddle boarding, kayaking or just working on your tan. Cabin has a 3 person jacuzzi, 3-person infrared sauna, and small plunge pool right on the deck among the trees.

Summer Fun: Visit the Blue Lake Springs Recreational Center that offers an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, picnic areas and games galore. If you're up for an adventure Alpine lake is 40 minutes away and a perfect place to enjoy the wilderness and take a cool dip.

Winter Wonderland: In the Winter take a short 30 min drive to Bear Valley Mountain Resort for skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling or just enjoy all the snow. Snowshoeing or Cross-country skiing is also available and rentals are available in Arnold.

Wine & Shopping: Relax and stroll the cute shops, restaurants and distillery in Arnold (Hinterhaus is amazing!). Drive 15 minutes to Murphy's for wineries, tasting rooms, boutiques, and fabulous restaurants for days of fun. It's the perfect trip for the family, girls trip or Bachelorette party!

THE EXPERIENCE:
Outdoor comforts: 3-person jacuzzi. infrared sauna, and plunge pool is steps from the door. All year the picnic table, small propane BBQ, propane firepit & wood burning fireplace, and hammock are available during your stay.

In the Treetops: The house is on a steep incline (plenty of parking but it is a hill); in the winters we do get it cleared of snow & ice. The Blue Lake Springs roadways are cleared during snow as well.
