Relax & unwind in historic Rocheport at our newly remodeled 4 bedroom bungalow! Enjoy coffee or wine on the fully screened in porch. Find comfort while enjoying the small sitting area. Enjoy a small fire in the backyard firepit. The front screened porch provides outdoor seating, and access to the fully fenced backyard. Cook your own gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen or walk just a couple blocks to all the shops & restaurants in town. Master Bedroom, bathrooms & laundry all on main level. Linens & toiletries provided!

We are natives to Columbia, MO and love the little town of Rocheport. We own a mini-farm just on the outskirts of Rocheport so we are a quick 10 minute drive to the house if any needs arise. We spend a lot of time in Rocheport and can provide recommendations if needed at any time! We hope you enjoy the home as much as we do!

As we walked in to this property in the summer of 2021, we fell in love with its charm, historic qualities & potential. After a six month renovation, including adding a master bath, structural work and lots of cosmetic updates we are happy to open the Sunflower House to guests of Rocheport.
Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt
This early 1900's home has been updated with modern conveniences but kept it's historic charm. Experience a full kitchen with all appliances, coffee maker & dishes. A large open living room seats many guests, has a flat-screen smart TV, access to free wifi, and opens to the dining room which comfortably seats 6. The living room also contains a full-size sleeper sofa.
The master bedroom on the main level has a king size bed with storage in the closet & dresser and also has a flat screen smart TV. It is connected to the brand new master bath with two sinks, walk in shower and bay window seating area. Laundry is also on the main floor. The second bath is just off the kitchen.
The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs - this is an older home so the stairs are somewhat narrow & steep. Each bedroom has a bed in it. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has a double bed and bedroom 4 has a twin bed.
Enjoy the fantastic screened in porch anytime of year. The fenced backyard is accessible from the porch through a storm door (which also has a doggie door)!
Please keep in mind some amenities/rooms may not be handicap accessible due to the narrow doorways and age of the home.
