Like many Airbnb listings, this is a privately owned vacation home managed by the host. We offer a more affordable, home-style experience that’s different from the typical hotel stay. For everyone’s safety, the community requires that I provide advanced registration for guests and their visitors (including drivers). First and last name must be provided for each guest over 18years old. No overnight visitors without permission. Government issued ID's must be presented at the gate.

You will have access to everything except my storage cupboards with locks on them. Starter supplies provided include toilet tissues, paper towels, mini body lotions, shampoos & conditioners, mini soap bars and garbage bags.

The A/Cs have sensors. They will only operate when you are in the room and all the doors and windows are closed. So, for example, if you go into the bedroom and turn it on, but there is a door open, it will turn off within 3 minutes. Another example, if you go into the bedroom, turn it on, exit the room and close the door, the A/C will shut off after 60 minutes, because it will sense you are not in the room. To keep the bedrooms cool while doors are open, use the dining room A/C plus the ceiling fans—in this case, avoid turning on bedroom A/Cs.


There is a really small rental fee for pool chairs, gym and tennis court use this is set by the Club House (not the VRBO host) and is collected there at time of use. Please let me know if you have any questions.
