When you return home, kick back on your second-floor condo's private balcony with a refreshing beverage. Inside, you'll find more space to relax in the living area, which has a sofa bed. Prepare snacks in the kitchenette and settle in to watch a movie on the TV. Swap stories and share meals around the table. Coastal-inspired decor adds charm throughout this resort condo.

The condo was clean and spacious. Easy access to the beach. Chairs and umbrella were included each day. Great vacation!

Family vacation

The location of this building is perfect. It hassle much within walking distance or a short drive. The private access to the beach, private beach, and use of the beach chairs and umbrella is a great perk. The building felt safe and clean. Unfortunately the building and unit are in need of some updates. The pool area is small and very run down. The units furniture is very old and worn. I did originally think this was no big deal because the price we paid seemed like a good value. I decided to look up the cost of the place behind us called Ariel Dunes ans their units were much nicer, the pools are huge and updated and the cost was almost exactly the same as what we paid. Overall our experience wasn't bad by any means, but knowing what I know now I don't think we would book here again.

We had a great stay. Main thing for me, it was CLEAN, & the beds were comfy. Could the place use some upgrades yeah sure but overall everything was good. You cannot beat this price and location, close to everything. Definitely recommend & it does not have a washer and dryer in unit which I thought it did at first but you have a shared community one. Good fast communication with host. Also the restaurant in the resort has amazing food

Not everything I wanted

Amenities of resort were good, the room was kind of run down. AC didn’t work first night. Patio chairs were rusty. TV setup was not simple to use. Shower temp was inconsistent.

Ok for the price

I was not really impressed. The place definitely needs an upgrade. What I seen online is not what I went into. Kids beds were not comfortable at all. I couldn’t cook because pans were rusted. Had to slam the door in order for it to lock. Water was either way too hot or too cold. I liked that it was on the 1st floor, easier to get to pool and beach. Elevator took forever but since I was on the first floor I was just able to walk downstairs to get to the parking garage. We did not have any issues with parking. It’s not bad for the price but the pics definitely looked better than in person.

Family weekend getaway

I loved that the room was on first floor easy access to walk way and pool. Pool was available until 11pm great for families to enjoy after beach. Parking available onsite and access to beach thru walk way or street. Room comes with one umbrella and two chairs and rent extra if needed.

Great Value

I will be honest, this room is a great value when factoring in location & amenities. It is, however, an older building that appears to have gone through a few storms in its time. There are some odd smells in some of the hallways (possible water damage). However, the value this provides a small family was fantastic. We were able to cook most of our meals using the kitchen in our room, and grilled a steak & hot dogs on the gas grills downstairs. Some things not covered in the listing at the time of booking that were worth noting: Included 2 Chairs & Umbrella on the beach from 8 AM to 3:30 PM Access to shared gas grills on the bottom for barbequing All things told, we would rebook this room in the future. If you can handle some slightly older accommodations, I don't believe you will find anything remotely comparable at this price point. This frees you up to enjoy the many other things Miramar Beach & Destin have to offer.

Place was small but wonderful for 2 or 3 guest, the balcony was amazing, great view , great price...

Loved the Balcony, the location is 5 star, only one bedroom but we had an amazing time , great beach , easy access to everything, beach bar was great , beach chairs n umbrella was ready at all times. Except for the sofa bed n only one room , I needed 2 rooms , we had a great trip .

Location, Convenient, and it has everything

The location is perfect. Walk distance PRIVATE beach and you do not need to worry about crossing the road among a bunch of cars because it has a sky bridge. Private beach! Which means way cleaner than public beach. Price includes 2 chairs and one umbrella so you do not need to bring your big stuffs. All kitchen tools are ready. Do not need to waste money for expensive restaurants. Walmart is just 15 mins away. Also, an awesome bar is in the building. Dedicate Wifi. The pool is small but enough. (One main pool, one baby pool and two hot tubs)

Good stay despite some cons

The condo was decent, but was kind of dirty. There was some towels that had strange stains on them. Found stray hairs on the main bed and in the bathroom drawers. They did lack basic stuff I thought would be in the unit-such as a hair dryer. The air conditioning also didn't seem the be working in the main bedroom . The location is what really sells it. Just across the street from the beach and you get private beach access. Pool, hot tubs, and basketball courts. Fitness equipment needs some updating (equipment looks like it's from the 80s) but that's not anything to do with the condo. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend, just bring your own towels.
