The Space:

OVERVIEW

Magnolia Ridge offers a luxury private setting in a quiet wooded area situated on a ridge overlooking a crystal clear flowing creek along the backside of the property. The cabin features everything from a gourmet kitchen, luxury walk-in showers, luxury linens and mattresses, floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, outdoor living with amazing creek views, and a game room equipped with a pool table, arcade style game console, and flat screen TV to fulfill all your entertainment needs.



Magnolia Ridge offers panoramic views of a crystal clear creek. It is convenient to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and Hochatown area attractions, restaurants and shopping. As you enter the inviting, fully furnished cabin you'll be surrounded by nature in a great room that boasts expansive vaulted ceilings encircled by floor to ceiling windows for breathtaking views. This area features upscale décor including a dining table with seating for 8, island with seating for 3, and an open concept floor plan with views of the floor to ceiling fireplace from the luxury kitchen. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware to make your favorite meals.



Just off the great room to the right you'll find a master suite with a king size bed, luxury mattress and linens, a closet for storing personal items, and a flat-screen TV. The attached private bath has a large walk-in tile shower with double vanities. On the opposite side of the great room to the left you will find another bedroom featuring a built-in king bed under 2 twin bunk beds. This room features a dresser for storage, a closet, flat screen TV and an attached private luxury bath suite with a tile walk-in shower and vanity.



Across the lodge room reveals the third master suite. Featuring a king bed, luxury linens, flat-screen TV, private closet, and attached bath with an oversized tile walk-in shower and double vanities.



Enjoy the spectacular views while relaxing in the hot tub. The outside living provides a TV, sectional, dining table for 6, and a gas grill. Down the stairs you’ll find the fire pit overlooking the creek.



Back inside just off of the kitchen you will find the game room. Featuring a pool table, sit-down arcade style game console and mounted flat-screen TV to cover all your entertainment needs. This room encompasses two twin bunk beds, an attached half bath, and a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS

The cabin features 3 king beds and 4 twin beds. It has 3.5 baths and comfortably sleeps 10 guests in beds. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms and all beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses.

The cabin is positioned on 2 wooded acres in the Timber Creek Trails community. The surrounding area offers fantastic views including a crystal clear creek that runs year round. There are plenty of things to keep you busy on the property, but it’s also conveniently located near some of Hochatown’s most sought-after amenities:

The cabin “looked” great, however there are things that could be fixed. The doors for the bedrooms didn’t close properly. The kitchen sink was wobbly. I asked for help on how to turn on the fans outside, they said the would reach out to me but didn’t. More household items available for the stay, if we’re paying XX amount then more items should be provided. The beds were super squawky. The toilet paper holders are wobbly as well.

Clean, affordable, great location, truly enjoyed our stay. There was a few things we tried to contact the host about and never got calls back. The outside fans wouldn’t work, 3/5 TVs wouldn’t work (would either cut off or stay frozen) and the bedroom with the 2 bunks over the king bed was like a broiler room. Overall it was a really great property and we had a great time, just wish communication would have been a bit better.

This was the perfect cabin for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and the game room was a big hit!! We enjoyed the hot tub especially with the cold temps.

Paradise in the Fall

Our stay at Magnolia Ridge was nothing short of amazing! The cabin was in a great location, it was extremely clean and had everything you could need! We enjoyed the hot tub, kids enjoyed the game room. Highly recommend this property and we hope to return next year.

Great Getaway Weekend

My kids and I enjoyed our weekend stay for my daughter's birthday. The property was amazing! We were able to cook together, and enjoy family time both inside and outside. The view was beautiful and we even enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pit. We will definitely be back!

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

Good location and a beautiful setting. House was clean and inviting. Lots of activities at the house to do. House is not far from restaurants or other attractions in the area. My only concern would be the lighting on the stairs outside in the back,most were not working and could be a hazard at night.

The cabin is spacious, beautiful, and in a wonderful location. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the hosts were quick to respond any time we had a question, which made our stay feel easy and stress-free. While the cabin was very clean, some areas are starting to show wear — the cabinets could use a refresh, the deck furniture has some stains and small holes, and the pool table surface was well-used. None of these took away from our ability to enjoy the stay though.

Family vacation

Loved this cabin!!! Elegant and cozy at the same time, very spacious, and the kitchen was to die for! The guys definitely liked the pool table and corn hole. The creek behind the cabin was beautiful and peaceful. We took a stroll down the creek and enjoyed the cool water. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Sweet 16 Girls Trip

Everything was wonderful! The only little issue we had was getting the hot tub to heat up. The teenagers complained about the wifi, but it was fine and kept them off their phones as much!! We enjoyed the creek behind the cabin, the girls loved the fire pit, the outside sitting area, and the polite was a huge hit!!! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the decor was so homey! We loved everything!

Beautiful Home, Perfect for Couples Retreat!

This house was perfect for us! Love the modern/cabin feel. We had 3 couple so we loved the 3 king beds with ensuites. We used hot tub every night, had all the kitchen amenties to cook dinners. We utilized the grill, outdoor fireplace, games. The house had little wear but thats definately to be expected! We loved our time here and would definitely return! Host was quick to respond and was great to deal with.

This VRBO has plenty of potential but lacks on cleanliness and proper maintenance. Overall the setting is beautiful and the house is well laid out to accompany a small group of folk. However, during our stay I noticed several discomforting things. First, my 2 year old was found to be walking around with an unknown pill. After taking it from him it was learned to be someone's blood pressure medication. I found several more loose in the living room area. Also, there was someone else's dirty sock on the back deck and a loose beer bottle (Also found by my 2 year old) near the back deck entertainment center. Several of the light bulbs were non functioning, the foosball table is broken, and we our wifi was intermittent during our stay. The house is close to the road and the traffic was busy but manageable. As far as bedrooms and bathrooms, they are accommodating and up to par. The hot tub is nice along with the fire pit area. The kids really enjoyed the creek as well. Overall, I would not elect to stay here again solely based upon the safety of my children and cleanliness of the proeprty. I inspected the house much more after the encounter with the unknown pills and that is something I'd prefer not do while on vacation with my family.
