The Space:

This home is located just 5 blocks from the Town Center, take an easy walk to the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Gourmet kitchen and amazing outdoor living with multiple patio areas & spa. This is truly a special home and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.



Living Space:



This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space. The living room has leather couch & loveseat and features a 75" Smart TV.



The kitchen would please a professional chef. It is Fully-stocked with a 48" 6 burner Italian Smeg range and stainless appliances, small appliances include microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, crock pot, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear.



Both bedrooms feature King size beds and 60" smart TVs.



The full bathroom includes a custom expansive, walk-in shower, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. The half bath has sink, toilet, and doubles as a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.



Outdoor Areas:



The outdoor backyard space features a walk out covered patio with spa, (we do NOT charge to heat the spa. it will be heated and ready upon your arrival), seating area and fire pit. Also in the fully fenced and private back yard is a additional covered patio with seating and dining space. Grill it up on the gas BBQ. The garden abounds with fruit trees and herbs for cooking to add to your special recipes.

Also enjoy Board games, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, etc. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway!

This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101 and only 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at this fabulous property! The house and yard are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked and the location is ideal. Not to mention the great communication with the host! They made checking in and out seamless and responded quickly when I reached out about a flight issue. We come to Paso quite often and will definitely be back!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. It was clean, had everything we needed, and it's in easy walking and driving distance of stores and restaurants in Paso Robles. We particularly liked having access to the hot tub! We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was PERFECT! The house was immaculate, incredibly well stocked with everything necessary to cook including spices, great cutlery. Beds and bathrooms were great and well appointed. A lot of thought went into making this a wonderful vacation home. Several different types of coffee makers, stocked coffee and pods, and the list goes on and on. The hot tub was a nice respite after a day of wine tasting. Simply put… if you are going to Paso do yourself a big favor and rent this house. You won’t regret it.

Perfect experience.

This was the perfect house and location for two couples to enjoy downtown Paso and the local wineries. Very nice and well stocked with extra necessities. It was a great experience and we would recommend it and will stay again.

Relaxing stay and excellent location

We spent a week here and it was the perfect spot. Everything was clean, the appliances and everything in the kitchen were really nice. It was a convenient walk downtown or easy to hop on the highway to the wineries. Less than 40 minutes to the coast and beautiful beach views and quaint seaside towns.

Perfect Location

Spent the weekend with friends. Was the perfect location to walk into town for a meal and shopping. Enjoyed the spa and the wonderful weather in the backyard with friends and wine. Would definitely return for another visit.

Comfortable, clean and so cutely decorated! Our only disappointment was we didn’t get to stay longer ☹️. Would definitely book again for a return trip!! Owner was very responsive during booking process.
