Thank you for the nice review. This home really has it all!!! The view, plenty of space, an amazing backyard over looking the marina, walking distance to everything, and it’s the favorite home of the locals. This home is amazing year round. Check out Lexington theater to see what’s playing (the theater and two restaurants are right accross the street) The windjammer is a block away, this restaurant has amazing views, however their view is not nearly as nice as yours (and the windjammers food is ok at best and drinks are over priced). You will find a brewery two blocks away, wimpy burgers about a block away, the two restaurants attached to the theater and Stieces bar and grill (about three blocks). Stieces does a great job with pizza and their fish specials. Come spend a week or an extended weekend to enjoy everything g this house has to offer. You will not be disappointed. We are continually looking for ways to make this home even nicer….. my wife will go to one event each year at the theater accross the street (check out Lexington theater). They love the location as there is so much room, however they are right accross the street from 3-4 places they like to have “refreshments” at. This house while not directly on the water has views as if you were and is a one minute walk to the public beaches, next door to the tennis courts, and over looks the park (play ground, music festivals…) Location, location, location.
