The home has three levels full of comfortable amenities and state-of-the-art decor and appliances. The first floor of the home hosts a private family room, a wet bar with a Sub Zero mini-fridge, and a secluded bedroom with an en suite full bath with a walk-in shower. The second floor hosts the main living space with an elegantly designed open floor plan featuring gorgeous exposed black beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and terrific mountain views.

The living area is filled with natural light and offers a cozy spot with comfortable sofas surrounding an elegant gas fireplace. And the beautiful open kitchen is every chef's dream come true with state-of-the-art appliances, including a built-in fridge, a Wolf stove/oven with a hood range, microwave, coffee maker, and a three-person island. The adjoining dining table has enough space for eight people comfortably.

The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs, along with three full en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has an elegant fireplace and an en suite bath with another walk-in shower and a soaking tub. There is also a loft/open common space with a gorgeous desk.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
