Welcome to Altamer Luxury Villas - a collection of two large, private villas and one small pied-a-terre on the island of Anguilla.

Blue Diamond, one of our two primary villas, has 5.5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms - it is gigantic in both scale and character and features new renovations that were finished in 2021.

This 13,000 sq. ft. villa features one massive principal bedroom suite, four additional guest bedrooms (all with king beds, TVs, and en-suite bathrooms), and one half-bedroom (with a day bed). The outdoor area features a heated, private swimming pool, hot tub (for up to 12 people), shaded dining table, and multiple lounge/sitting areas. The villa also features a modern lift for seamless transportation to all floors.

Blue Diamond's unique flower-shaped design is perfect for large groups because all three floors have a central common area surrounded by smaller rooms in the "petals," or alcoves. All rooms feature SONOS Bluetooth speakers that can be controlled by the guests.

On the first floor, the magnificent common area features 21-foot high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a triangular, glass-topped dining table (with seating for up to fourteen people), and a custom-built semicircle bar that includes a cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, modern appliances, and wet bar - perfect for entertaining guests or hosting a night with one of our private chefs!

The second floor features a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, card tables, board games, a ping pong table, meditation room, and a stunning ocean view.

The third floor features a private fitness center (with free weights, yoga mats, a bench, treadmill and spin bike) one small half-bedroom, four guest bedrooms, and one palatial principal bedroom suite with a lofted office area and private terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

With your reservation at Blue Diamond, you'll receive complimentary non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, juice, soda, bottled water, etc., daily continental breakfast, our best-in-class bespoke butler service, and access to the best concierge in the business.

You'll also receive room turndown, laundry, and ironing/press services as well as access to kayaks, snorkeling equipment, board games, a pool table, a private pool and hot tub, private tennis/basketball courts, and a private fitness center.

Additional Information 

Altamer is about a 20 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from the ferry terminal. Many popular restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches, along with a Greg Norman Signature Championship golf course are all within a 10 minute drive from the property.

Taxis can be easily arranged by the concierge, but some guests prefer to rent a vehicle for the duration of their stay. Parking is available on site. Boat excursions can be booked to nearby off shore cays as well as to the nearby islands of St Martin or St Barth's.

There is a 13% GST and 10% service charge on top of the listed rates. A chef can be booked at an additional charge.

For ease of access to the water, beach chairs are set up about 100 meters to the right of the villa.
