The Silliman House - A spectacular property that has just been entirely renovated, featuring vintage wood and beams from over 100 yrs ago. Style, comfort, technology, - nothing was overlooked when renovating this home. You will have more than enough space to relax, inside and out. The large living and dining room with a handmade farmhouse table, comfy couch, love seat and recliners, 65' ROKU TV, whole house Bluetooth speaker system, and tasteful décor will make it hard for you to leave. The coffee station in the kitchen will be perfect to get your morning started - enjoy a cup of coffee on the front or back porch - neither will disappoint.

Bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, perfect for whatever combination of guests you will be bringing along. Your hosts have taken extreme care in the renovation and decoration process. From the moment you walk, you will understand what makes The Silliman House such a unique gem!

The rear deck is an oasis all on its own, with comfy outdoor furniture, a gas firepit for chilly nights and NEW in the fall of '23....a 55" SmartTV outside on the rear deck to catch and game while enjoying the fresh Upstate New York air!

Approximately 15 minutes to Cooperstown or Oneonta, The Silliman House is in a prime location for whatever it is that brings you to this great area. Colleges, baseball, breweries, art, theater - the Cooperstown area has so much to offer. The Silliman House was new to the rental market in 2022 and already has hosted many very happy guests!

NO pets allowed, including service animals, due to hosts' severe allergies.

Perfect for Family supporting ball players

Greeted by the amazing host and hostess for a personalized tour. Perfect set up for grandparents and aunties. Close to ball fields but a great escape with beautiful outdoor and indoor living space. I was fortunate to grab this home. We hope to be back in 3 years

Great Hosts, Comfortable Stay, Close to everything

This was a perfect spot for staying while our son participated in the tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Quick 10-15 minute ride to the facility with plenty of room and activities to keep our other younger children busy. Hosts were top-notch! Easy to check-in, attentive and very communicative. Hosts went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met throughout the stay. House is very clean, plenty of room for our family of 6 and comfy beds/living situation! Would definitely recommend for a trip to the tournament again or if looking for someplace close to land near Cooperstown!

The most perfect family home!

Staying at the Silliman House was absolutely perfect! When I tell you they thought of everything you may need, they truly did!! It was cozy, comfortable, spacious and gorgeous as ever. Beautiful home with all the amenities

The Silliman House was the perfect fit for our family during our Cooperstown Dreams Park trip. Our week of baseball had record high temperatures and frequent rain delays, making our rental home a much appreciated place of comfort for the whole family. We were extremely comfortable, our son loved the video games, and the distance to the park and great restaurants was very manageable. The home itself was spotless and well updated with every amenity you could possibly think of.

The BEST Experience!

The Silliman House had everything you could possibly think of for the entire family. The House was very clean, well kept and equipped with everything you needed. The Owners met us at check in to show us everything the house had to offer and was willing to help with any questions we had during our stay. With a Busy schedule during a Cooperstown Tournament this house was conveniently located, and easy to find and helped make our days back and forth to the ball field manageable! Cooperstown is a beautiful area, and we wouldn't mind visiting again, even without a Baseball tournament on our schedule!

Wonderful Stay!

Wonderful Christmas trip…

We had an exceptional, albeit, short weekend at the Silliman House! Weekend before Christmas and the home was decorated to the tee! Kelly, was very attentive to our needs and walked us through the house and all of its features. The weather was perfectly cold and snowy which created the perfect environment in the home with the tree and fireplace. This was a trip we will truly remember…highly recommended!

One of the very best short term rental properties we have ever stayed at

This property is so nicely done. The owners have such a good attention to detail. Notable features we appreciated were the amazing coffee bar, incredibly comfortable beds, large TVs, remodeled great room, outdoor fireplace, and fun game room downstairs. Location is also perfect. Close to Cooperstown and has a picture perfect lake nearby. This is one of the very best short term rental properties we have ever stayed in and we 100% recommend staying here!

Great stay!

We were in town for my son to play at Dreams Park. We have been to Cooperstown multiple times and this is by far the nicest rental we’ve ever had. The house is very nice and updated. It was extremely clean and neat. The owners were very accommodating. They communicated with us before our stay and during to make sure everything was ok. Overall it was just a fantastic stay.

Amazing!

This was our first time incoming to All Star Village and staying at the Silliman House. Kelly and Phil were amazing hosts! The house is unbelievably clean and has everything you can need. Even things I did not think of to bring were provided in the house. We would give this house 10 stars if we could! We are coming back for my younger son next year and this will be the ONLY place we will stay! Highly recommend!
