Beautiful Views of Clearlake and Mount Konocti. Comfortable well kept home with covered patio. Your private fishing pier, boat and/or Jetski hoist is right in front of you. Full Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, free Wifi and Central A/C. Finished garage with a ping pong table and outdoor1/2 basketball court. The Living room, Kitchen and Master Suite have Panoramic views of the Lake and Mount Konocti. Large shaded, covered, gated patio overlooking the Lake. Webber Kettle BBq, Boat to restaurants, travel to wine tasting, shopping, golf, etc. Excellent swimming, waterskiing, fishing and sailing right off the dock. Always updated Paint, Bedding & Linens. Plenty of parking for extra vehicles and trailers. Three cots in the finished garage and a second refigerator.

Fantastic view. Enjoyed the back porch immensely. I felt safe in the home. Everything was clean and organized. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Location was fantastic. We drove all around Clear Lake However a few items to consider fixing or replacing all together. Such as the kitchen chairs; that are uncomfortable due worn cushions. The refrigerator door that flies to the left and doesn't stop when opened causing shelves to break free dropping groceries to the floor. The blind above the kitchen sink be cleaned or replaced as the current one is dirty and cruddy from cooking and cleaning. It doesn't allow anyone to open or close easily.Nice big TV! Easy to use and great choices of viewing options. However, the couch in living room has lost its support and could use new cushions. In addition the big round chair next to the TV requires repair as it tilts and wobbles if sitting on the edge. Bar stool seats concave and have no support. Bedspreads are faded and worn. The sheets no longer have a crispness due to the numerous washings. In the master bedroom sliding glass door blind missing on the far right and requires manual intervention to get the right amount of privacy. In the garage, there were bugs on the pillows and blankets. Just a few changes that may make the next renter a bit more comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your lake house. Blessings .

Great host and beautiful location

The location of this house is great and we had a great time there. John, the host was awesome since we booked. He kept in touch until that day and even offered fishing pointers for us beginners. The house was very clean and it had most of what we needed for our stay. Highly recommend it and we would go back.

Wonderful weekend at this place. Clean rooms, clean kitchen stock with dishes,pots,and pans.Very good fishing off the deck. Wonderful view of the lake. Would recommend this place.

Fun on the lake

My group of 3 adults and 3 kids had an amazing time at the lake house. The house is configured well with a beautiful outdoor area and view. Highly recommend.

Second visit!

It was my family’s second time staying at this house. I can’t stress enough how beautiful the view is. It was windy, we still managed to fill up an ice chest full of crappie! The family had so much fun fishing from the back to back action. The host is great! Very informative prior to checking in, providing the fishing & weather updates. If time permits again, we will definitely be back & making it an annual thing.

Good View Really Windy

Man great views I could not get out of the WIND unfortunately .. can't rely on weather but the wind was horrible even for Clear Lake.

Great spot - we will be returning again!

Great spot with ideal placement on the water for access to prime fishing. Great modern dock - super easy to use. 25 minutes from Disney boat rentals - ideal for multi-night boat rental. House was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Thanks for having us!

Nice home!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful! John was very informing. He already contacted me when I first booked the trip, which was many months in advanced. The kids were super excited since they were able to fish all day & night. The crappie fishing was great! The house is beautiful & well equipped with everything we needed (even though we overpacked.) We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Second time booking..

Second time booking and it was just as perfect as the first time. (Although, I feel like some past guest may have taken some pots and pans cause it was lacking this time when the first time was more fully stocked) But we all brought our own so no biggie. Caught well over 100 fish between all of us there. Crappies and Catfish) Right off the dock.. Perfect birthday weekend for my husband. Thanks, John!

Company fishing trip

We had a great time during our stay! John was very helpful and responsive from before the trip, during check in process, and the whole stay. We will definitely be back! There is a boat launch near by, plenty of parking for boat trailers, and the dock was very useful and easy to use. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

So relaxing

We stayed for a week, hoping to get some much needed downtime, and it was perfect. The house is well- appointed and comfortable, the location on the lake was ideal--the sun sets across the lake from the house, so lovely long evenings, followed by a beautiful sunset. John and Dave were both friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly. We would love to return.

Beautiful View

Absolutely love this place. I do a Lakehouse trip every year and this is by far the best house I rented. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you need. John was a great host. Answered all my questions and was very easy to get in contact with. Definitely will book this place again.

In 2000, we purchased a home together on the lake as the “Family” home where our four children have been enjoying spending their summers boating, swimming, fishing, tubing, jet skiing, wake boarding, barbecuing, eating and just hanging out together at the lake. It has been a blast for all of us. We hope that you, too, make many wonderful memories during your vacation stay at Clearlake. This will be our 15th season of rentals for our Casa Lakeshore home.
