Dream vacation in our 4-Bedroom newly-renovated house 2.5 miles from the ocean.

It is wheel chair accessible, ADA compliant, with beautiful  outside shower,  Central Air, full kitchen (all brand new appliances,  microwave,  dishwasher); washer and dryer in the basement; hardwood floors, 2 new bikes +2 older bikes (bring your helmets); Wifi, chromcast TV; gas grill, fire pit; linnens, towels,
and toiletries are provided.
Great location with excellent hiking  and biking trails near; walking distance to CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Bank of America, library,  and a few good lunch places.
For those who would rather eat in, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and gas grill on the patio on the private back yard.
If you are not up to cooking, there is a great choice of dining out starting from buffets, multiple seafood dining and excellent Italian cooking, to a few fine dining choices, all within minutes away.

Board games, puzzles, playing cards,  and the variety of books are all available for downtime.

Brighten up any hot day with a walk to Smitty's for homemade ice cream.

Heading to the beach? plenty of beach chairs are available for use.

Main Street's one-of-a-kind and high-end gift shopping, galleries, and fine restaurants are just minutes away. 

Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve is 5 minutes away.
Shining sea bike way and Beebe woods are 10 minutes away.
Try to check out the sunset at The Knob as it can leave you  speechless.
If you are looking for the ocean beaches, you have a wide variety to choose from, warm water or colder water, sandy or stony beach, good for walking or peaceful relaxing, whatever you prefer.
When you are tired from the sun, you can enjoy Falmouth Woods Hole Science Aquarium, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution Ocean Science Discovery Center & Store, Woods Hole Historical museum; visit Nobska Lighthouse, or check out Highfield Hall & Gardens.

Our family of 7 was very comfortable staying here. The home was immaculate, which is a non-negotiable for me. It is obvious that the owners are very attentive and our comfort was important to them. The home is near Menahaunt beach, but we really prefer Bristol or Falmouth Heights. Either of these are just 10 minutes away. Great stay and great vacation!

Amazing stay in Falmouth/Cape Cod

Came here for the 4th of July with my family. Wonderful time! The place was as described and the host was available, helpful and always in communication with us. Very clean and welcoming home! Close to all places we wanted to visit. She has several bikes and all in great condition and various sizes! The outdoor shower was a treat too! Will definitely stay again!

Very Pleased Renter

The house was extremely clean. There was toys and games for the kiddos, tv, fooseball table in the basement. All amenities you could possibly need. You honestly only need to bring clothes and phone charger. The property was nicely maintained and had beautiful flowers. It was so amazingly equiped with enough bikes and beach chairs for my family of 7. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again.

Peaceful

The house was great! Great big yard lots of toys for kids. Hostess was great very sweet women very accommodating. The area was nice wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location near everything

Fabulous location. Used the bikes to go to the beach. Nice and close. Host was helpful when I had trouble with Google. Would definitely stay again.

This is great home for a large family or 2 smaller families; worked well for my family of 4 w/ 2 8yr old boys & my sister & her 5yr & 2.5yr old & another friend & her littles who visited a couple nights; we used all 4 bedrooms & the host even had a couple cots in the basement which were very easy to use! We had everything in the kitchen we needed, a fully stocked garage w/ beach chairs & we loved the outdoor shower & firepit! The backyard was perfect for the children after the beach & before dinner. Lots of driveway space for cars & pool toys and great basement w/ washer & dryer as well as an fooseball table & highchairs etc. And just 8-10min from downtown Falmouth & Menauhant & Falmouth Heights beaches. Truly a great home away from home if you have little ones! Thank you Elena for a lovely week!

Nicely maintained and appointed. Met our needs for four single women each having her own room. The half bath next to the ful bath worked out well.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. This house was perfect as it wasn't far from beaches ferries etc. The house lacked for nothing... toys and games for all aged kids, a great assortment of books for readers as well as every basic necessity you would need during your stay (even soap for poison ivy!). Plenty of towels - beach and bath. The garage is filled with.everything you'd need for the beach as well as an assorted selection of bikes. We had two adults and four kids staying (ages 9-15) and we loved being able to bike down to get ice cream, Dunkin and even slushies at Cumberland. With four bedrooms, the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax (the 3 couches in the livingroom worked well for us).. The back yard was also very spacious. Teens hung out in the tree swing. The outdoor shower had hot water so you could bath in the open sky. The owner was very communicative and sent some fabulous info on the house and area, including recommending some great beaches and places of interest. Overall, all the six of us give this rental a big thumbs up!

Wonderful property and owner!

Our stay couldn't have been nicer. The house was spotlessly clean, with beach chairs, towels, bikes, a fire pit, and even extendable roasting sticks to roast marshmallows for s'mores. We needed to ask for an extra hour after the checkout time so one of us could take a conference call, and Elena rearranged things to allow us to stay. She also made great recommendations for things to do. I'm actually on crutches at the moment, and I especially appreciated the ramp to get into the house and the grab bars in the bathroom. It's not totally ADA compliant and she doesn't list it as such, but the accommodations that were there helped me enormously.

Just what we needed

We were traveling with elderly in-laws and aunts for a wedding. A ranch home, all the bedrooms were on one level and a wheelchair ramp was great for someone using a walked. The yard is beautiful, with lots of space, all the beach chairs and bikes are ready to go in the garage, and there's an outdoor shower in back, which for those of us who grew up with an outdoor shower, we appreciate very much. The kitchen had all we needed to make coffee in the morning and dinner a few nights so we didn't feel like we had to go to dinner every night. One of our party left something behind and it is now being mailed to us, which we appreciate. We had a great time at this home!

Girls’ weekend

My daughters and I met in Boston and came out to the Cape for a little get away and were joined by a couple of my college buddies. Although a short visit, the house was wonderful and clean and Elena was so accommodating. I would come back in a heart beat!!

Perfect for a family getaway

We stayed in this house for our vacation. Great location for exploring the Cape. Lots of beaches and other things to explore close by. Very comfortable and spacious and well stocked. Our host was very incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation.

Great Girls Trip

Elena provided a very spacious, extremely accommodating and very clean home for our girls trip to the Cape. The beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of amenities that made you feel right at home. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and Elena offered so much information about the surrounding area. This stay was a gem of a find! Thank you Elena! We hope to come stay again😊

Great place!

This house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood, which gave us a great downtime retreat! Still close to downtown Falmouth, the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, and even Hyannis. Wonderful place. It was bigger than I thought it would be, which was great. The host has laundry supplies, extra toothbrushes, razors, etc as well. Nice little extras. I would stay here again.

Exceeded expectations!

Days before my stay, the property owner was amazing with communicating, and provided my group with more than enough options of places to eat and things to do. The house was extremely cleanly and we were provided with a vast amount of essentials including linnens. I would absolutely recommend staying here oh and, the outdoor shower is a PLUS. We loved it! Thank you so much to Elena for being an amazing host!

Peaceful and Convenient

Elena is a fantastic host. She was super helpful with the check in process and providing food and activity recommendations for our family. The home was perfect for our family of 6. Great location for Wood’s Hole and Martha’s Vineyard access. Also nice for quick access to the main roads to explore the Cape as well S exit.

Great option for a family!

We had a wonderful time in Falmouth and appreciated the many thoughtful touches provided to make our stay both fun and comfortable. This is a very kid-friendly home with lots of space to play soccer, throw a football and make s'mores after a day at the beach. Loved that there are two bathrooms, plus an outside shower. The scooters in the garage were a hit and if we had more time would have used the bikes as well!

Beautiful vacation in a home away from home

The house was the perfect start to our amazing Cape Cod experience. The house was beautiful! It was immaculate and had brand new appliances and every amenity. The house had so many thoughtful touches. We had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for a family with small kids. The quiet neighborhood is close to beaches, restaurants and ice cream. It’s close to the ferry for a quick ride to Martha’s Vineyard. Elena was a perfect host! She even provided us with activity suggestions that we loved. We highly recommend this beautiful home for a perfect Cape Cod vacation!

great stay

Home was as pictured. Outdoor sitting area and outdoor shower were our favorite parts of the stay. This was our first visit to the cape and the host gave us so much information that was so very helpful and was very useful for planning our stay. When we had a last minute change of plans she immediately agreed to let us arrive a day early. We were very thankful that she gave us a few extra hours on checkout day as we had a late flight home. Excellent host.
