🔑 Access & Entry

Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).



🚫 Noise & Community Rules

• No parties or loud gatherings allowed

• Fines issued by building management for disturbances will be charged to the responsible guest



🧼 Towel Notice

• Washcloths are not provided



👤 Main Guest Check-In Requirement

• You must inform us in advance who the main guest will be

• This person must check in at the front desk

• If the main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be charged to update the reservation with a new name
