Nothing beats the gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains, and you can enjoy it from the comfort of your rental when stay in one of our twin cabins. The cabins sit on a 6-acre private property which makes the perfect scene to start your morning off with a coffee or end it by watching the sunset behind the mountains. The cabins is 4.2 miles to Gaitlinburg center, literally a few minutes away from all attractions, restaurants, sports facilities, shops, library, gas stations, Dollywood and etc.

Top rated in Gatlinburg, our vacation home cabins are located on a 6-acre secluded property and features full kitchens, bedrooms, and many amenities. City`s paved way leads to the property, only 30 seconds to Highway 321. Gravel driveway on the property. Guests stay here for nature exploration, animal observation, musical festivals, sports events, wedding anniversaries, photography, and etc. All guests enjoyed their stays. You won’t regret!

Surrounded by Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, the neighborhood is very quiet, clean, and friendly. The property has its own private entry and the neighbors are far away and won’t be able to see you. Close to everything, including Trolley stop, community center, library, grocery, gas stations, Rocky Top Sports World, and many more.

There are two independent cabins on this 6-acre property, with each having own privacy and unique themes and characteristics. The one you have booked is Cabin B , which is a single story structure with the outdoor theme. The other is Cabin A, which is a two-story structure.

During your stay, you own the whole space and have the sole access to Cabin B as you have booked. No other people will be present or enter Cabin B unless there is an emergency situation like fire or water disaster or you call for assistance.

You also have reserved parking space designated as “B”. The cabin is for nature lovers and those who want a quiet get away or participate in activities in the Gaitlinburg-Pigeon Forge area. It is NOT a place for loud parties or events.

The cabin allows a maximum of 3 individuals. No more than 2 children/teenagers under the age of 18. No drug, no smoking/vaping, no party, and no pets. Firearms must remain off the property, guests are free to keep them in their own vehicles.

With the maximum weight capacity, the furniture (bed frame, mattress, sleep couches) can only support individuals less than 250 lbs. More specifically, top bunk maximum weight capability is 165 lbs. Lower bunk maximum weight capacity is 450 lbs (two persons).

Please do not disturb the nature - including plants and wildlife animals. No outside burning due to the government ban from October to May.

While you go out to have fun in the Great Smokies, please remember to lock the exterior doors and windows to prevent wildlife animals from entering the cabin.

No trash should be left outside (additional cleaning fees applies for leaving trash outside from May to October because of bears).

Guests, if due to their own fault, are responsible for the repair or replacement cost of damaged or missing items during their stay. No animal or fish skinning in the cabin.

Guests, if due to their own fault, are responsible for the repair cost of the clogged kitchen sink drain, bathroom sink drain, shower drain and toilet drain, and the financial impact on the next guest group(s).

Wines and alcoholic beverages will be charged $30/bottle. Bottled waters and coffee are free. Please help keep the place clean and organized for next guests.

Please make sure to lock all the exterior doors and windows when you check out. Failure to check out by 11 AM will result in $150 fine per hour due to 1) the extremely tight schedule of the cleaners and 2) increased wait time for next guests.

After your check out, the host outsource cleaning to professional services. Due to CDC COVID guidelines, the cleaning crew can NOT guarantee to keep your personal or hygiene items for you or mail them back to you (e.g., toothbrush, tooth paste, shaver, socks, underwear, food, drink and etc.)

Please make sure to bring all of your items with you during check out. The host reserves rights to cancel the reservation if house rules are not being followed. Exceptions could be made, case by case, only for repeat customers in good standing.
