We had a wonderful stay at this Folsom home and would happily return! The four-bedroom layout gave our group plenty of space, and the backyard was an absolute highlight—beautifully kept and so relaxing. May in Folsom meant some evenings where we could open windows and enjoy the fresh breeze. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed (yes, even a potato peeler!), and the WiFi was reliable and fast for remote work. The location is hard to beat. Centrally situated near Placerville, Roseville, Sacramento, and Elk Grove, with a Trader Joe's about 10 minutes away, Costco 15 minutes out, Temple Coffee nearby, and a Walmart close for anything you forgot to pack. We felt like we had easy access to everything. The host was communicative and responsive every time we had a question—exactly what you want when you're away from home. Shampoo, toilet paper, dishes, silverware, glasses and towels were all stocked. A few minor quirks: The back door is a bit heavy to open and a couple of the bedroom doors don't latch perfectly (the main bedroom door opens but only if you turn the knob one way–it can feel like you are stuck but just turn the knob the other way!). It definitely felt just slightly quirky enough to feel like home.Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-located home base in the greater Sacramento area!
