Enter up a few steps through the front door into the main living space. The living room offers a comfortable place to relax or stream your favorite shows on the 55” Smart TV. Toward the back of the home, you’ll find the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the essentials and direct access to a private back patio.
Off the kitchen, stairs lead down to the unfinished basement, where you’ll find the washer & dryer—and a classic Pittsburgh touch: a true “Pittsburgh Potty” shrine!
Upstairs, you’ll find both bedrooms and the bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and cozy setup, while the primary king bedroom includes spiral stairs that lead to a tucked-away office loft—perfect for remote work.
