**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. **

-Photo ID and Completed Rental Agreement must be received before check-in information will be given.
-Please do not use the front or back screen doors at this time as they are in need of repair and only cause frustration :)
