Log cabin is located on Crown mountain, minutes from town. There are three wineries located in the foothills, within twelve miles. Mountain bike, hiking trails and water falls galore. Appalachian outfitters offers tubing and Kayaking a mile from the cabin. Lastly, many restaurants and retail shopping in or near town. You wont regret staying at our beautiful home, when you walk in the door it will automatically give you the feeling of relaxation and a warm hug.

Rustic Cabin in Dahlonega!

One of our favorite stays ever! Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, close to activities and very cozy! Can’t go wrong renting this beautiful place!

Great stay in Dahlonega. The cabin was even better in person. Loved the proximity to downtown and all the vineyards.

Perfect place for a girls weekend

Very nice place with everything you need. The location is great since we visited wineries, Helen, Dahlonega and even the Babyland hospital. Plus my friend wanted to watch a football game and we were able to do that without any special setup. We spent mornings on the deck just enjoying the scenery. There is a set of stairs down from the parking to the front door - not steep but be aware if you have anyone who is not as stable walking down stairs.

Great stay in Georgia

The cabin is very comfortable and homey with everything you could need. A very welcome “home away from home” in a quiet location, a back deck that begs to be relaxed on, and Amy was great to work with and very responsive. Can’t say thanks enough for the great stay!

Our first trip to Dahlonega and glad we stayed here. Weather was not great but cabin was amazing.

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful cozy cabin in a quiet peaceful area! Surrounded by woods and nature! Close to downtown Dahlonega with lots of shopping and restaurants. Cabin was well stocked with everything we needed and lots of nice touches to make us feel welcome! Truly enjoyed our weekend getaway and look forward to coming back again!

Amy was an outstanding host and made our stay memorable. This cabin was perfect for our needs. Clean, well stocked, cozy and homey. So many great aspects we had time and space for activities together or space for separate pursuits. I would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable cabin with lots of extras close to everything

This cabin was absolutely perfect for us: 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms with a comfortable living room and wonderful covered deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and included a great coffee bar. The cabin felt very remote and private, yet it only was 5 minutes from the square in Dahlonega. Any was a pleasure to work with and even went so far as to send birthday balloons! This whole weekend felt like we were staying at our own cabin set up specifically with our needs in mind. Thanks so much, Amy, for a wonderful, relaxing family weekend! We'll be back!

We Didn't Want to Leave

We're still pinching ourselves that we managed to find such a gorgeous, idyllic little cabin nestled right smack in the middle of the Georgia forest and virtually a three or four minute drive from Dahlonega proper. Amy and Mark were fantastic Vrbo hosts and answered all of our questions promptly. The cabin has all the amenities you could ever want, which was a major problem for my buddy and I because we signed up for a 100-mile ride called 6 Gap and the second we walked in to the cabin we sorta wanted to just STAY in the cabin all weekend, LOL. From the second we arrived it was spotless, the pictures (albeit great) on this listing are only half of the story. When you walk in, you encounter tons of living space, great bathrooms with excellent showers (even the shower pressure rocked, which is important), very comfy and cozy bedrooms, robust internet connection, clear and precise instructions for check-in and check-out, washer and dryer, full kitchen including dishwasher, natural gas powered fire pit (we probably gained 10 pounds each because we had smores every other hour), great air ventilation throughout, board games, smart TV with multiple apps, wonderful decorations throughout, etc.!! I selfishly want to try and book this cabin again for next year's 6 Gap, quite honestly. You will NOT be disappointed!!

This cozy and beautiful cabin was perfect for our getaway to Dahlonega! The location is peaceful, yet close to town. Amy was an amazing host! She communicated well, responded quickly, and even left the cutest gift for our arrival. We will definitely stay again!

My husband and I primarily reside in AL. We have 2 children that are grown, my daughter is a nurse in KY and my son and daughter in law are in the military and are currently stationed in MD . We use this home as our getaway from reality. We have grown to love it so much but are not able to spend as much time there as we really would like so we chose to share it with others in hopes they will have a little bit of serenity of their own while they stay.

It has all the amenities you will ever need, Fully stocked coffee bar with K cups, creamer and sugar. Big screen TV to watch all your favorite movies or Sports. Granite counter tops and more! This isn't your run of the mill cabin.
