Spacious 4 bed/3 bath home-1 bed/bath downstairs, Large kitchen, 2 living rooms + upstairs loft & spacious bedrooms! The comforts of home with the Vegas strip close by. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac to relax after a fun filled day on the town! 4.2 miles to the Airport. Many nearby casinos, shopping & restaurants.

*Quiet time is 10 pm to 10 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the outside noise down to a whisper after 10 pm. Do not hangout or loiter in the front yard at anytime.

*Absolutely No Parties or Events allowed. This home comfortably sleeps 9 people. Additional guest are not allowed without prior approval & additional fees.
*Kids under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

*Up to 4 cars are allowed at the property. Do not park in front of neighbor's homes & do not block driveways. Recreational vehicles, RV’s & boats, are Not allowed & may be at your risk to being towed.

*Longer bookings over 30 days may require a signed lease agreement with proof of government ID & larger deposit.

*No smoking in the house. Signs of smoking in the house may result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only.

* Certain breeds of dogs may be considered with $300 pet deposit (20 lbs. and under). Please inquire for details.

*For security reasons, the actual address will be provided on the morning of check-in by 9am.
* Late check out fee is $50 per hour, up to two hours, if available. If the guest has not left the premises two hours after checkout an additional $500 fee will be charged to the guest.
*If the police is called due to noise complaints, there will be a $500 fee per occurrence & immediate cancellation of reservation without refund of security deposit.

 Self check-in lock on the front door.
 A garage remote will be available for convenience of parking in the garage.
 Quiet hours are between 10 pm – 10 am.

An amazing property! So absolutely comfortable. Anything needed was near by. Strip was 15 min away. Airport was 10. I definitely recommend.

The garbage disposal was broken the entire time and the furniture appears to be mix matched pieces from a Thrift Store. The photos of the inside furnishings are deceiving however the best part about the house is the back yard space but again the furniture is falling apart and doesn’t go together

Las Vegas Birthday Trip

We rented this beautiful home to celebrate my 70th birthday with my family. This house was perfect for the 8 of us (6 adults and 2 teenagers).It was very well stocked with everything you could ever want. The space allowed us all to have our own rooms, tv and private bathrooms. The location was perfect, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but still close enough to get there when wanted.I highly recommend this space for a large group. The hot tub was used by all too.The host was very responsive to us when we had questions.

Beautiful house

We stopped in this beautiful home for 8 nights whilst visiting my brother and his family who live in Henderson, we are a family of 4 with kids aged 13 & 16 and my mum. It suited us perfectly with having a bedroom and bathroom downstairs which my mum loved. The house was spotlessly clean and is situated at the top of a cul de sac in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Perfectly situated for whatever your stay needs, close to strip and also the many shops and attractions. All bedrooms are very spacious, bathrooms also very nice. Plenty of living space, 2 living rooms, lovely spacious kitchen and dining area. Garage also a decent size we had a Jeep Wagonneer which fitted in with plenty of space to spare. Hot tub was my daughter’s favourite place, it was lovely after a long day to just relax in there and the garden is also lovely, plenty of seating. We didn’t have any reason whilst at the house to contact Vi but all other communication was responded too almost instantly, very friendly, informative and helpful. All in all we loved our time here and will definitely be returning for our future stays. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday.

Excellent property and host

My husband and I rented this property for the month of March. We rent many homes across the county and internationally. Vi is an excellent host and manager in the cleanliness of the house, amenities provided, and her communication. She was very prompt and thorough in her responses on our inquires/questions prior to rental, prior to arrival and during our stay. We did not have any issues or problems upon arrival or during our stay, but Vi checked on us each week to make sure she could assist or resolve any problem, if needed. The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood and not far for driving for groceries, shopping, restaurants, or Vegas shows/events. We also took day trips to visit and hike in Death Valley National Park, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and the historic railroad tunnel hiking trail by Boulder City (where we saw desert bighorn sheep on our hike). The house is as advertised and met our expectations. We would definitely book again in the future.

Awesome Location!

A Lovely Home

The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to utilize the backyard patio and grill. Location was close to everything we visited. Neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely do this home again!

Great Experience

Our family travels often and stays at VRBO's. This is by far the best experience we have had. The little things is what makes the difference. There were Kcups in multiple flavors provided, clear defined instructions and suggestions as well as a small candy dish with candy. This little things tend to make places away from home more comforting.
