This beautifully remodeled duplex in a sweet quiet older neighborhood on the west side of Colo Spgs offers two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, cozy comfy living room and a Gorgeous Huge Private (420/Smoking- friendly outside only!) Deck, where you will probably want to spend most of your time! This is the perfect spot to renew relax and enjoy all that is Colorado

The space
Amazing cozy recently remodeled duplex walking distance (15 minutes..3/4 mile) into Amazing Views of the Garden of the Gods, 6 blocks to Old Colorado City, and 5 minute drive to Manitou Springs! So much fun within walking distance!. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN , beautifully decorated with a Colorado theme and more importantly, Your Comfort and Enjoyment in mind! Two bedrooms, One Bath, Cozy Comfy living room with Smart TV (complimentary Netflix and Hulu) Full Kitchen with
Amazing Big (400 sq. ft. ) Attached Colorado themed Covered Deck located outside kitchen door.! Deck (outside only) is 420/Smoking Friendly (Welcome to Colorado! ) and includes lovely dining area and conversation seating to Enjoy Colorado's fresh air and sunshine!

Guest access
Guests have private access to BnB and the big attached private deck in back. This is a Duplex Bnb is #317 located on left side as you look at home.

Other things to note
*Deck is 420 friendly! Smoking is OK OUTSIDE ONLY on Deck or front porch.
*Total guest count must include children ( please note: home is not child proofed...and is responsibilityof parents). I allow 4 person's Total, which includes children..that does not mean 4 adults plus kids there is simply not enough room, and honestly 4 persons is pretty tight..it's a smaller space (725 sq )
*I have a Great Pyreneese Dog named Duke, he's a gentle giant. And a kitty(mr. meow) who live on property but do not have access to the BnB or Bnb Deck via closed gates and privacy fence. Duke might bark upon your arrival if I am not home, but just say "no bark" and he will go back to doggy nap. (text me immediately upon any barking issues and I will take care of ASAP!)
*I offer complimentary Netflix, and Hulu via my smart TV located in living room, there is only one TV which is located in living room. I also offer complimentary WI-Fi for streaming on your own devices , if desired, in bedrooms.

It was one of the best trips i've had to date. The home is close to all the adventures we wanted to accomplish. Easy access to local food joints and stores. The snow the night we arrived really made the colors at Garden of the Gods pop, plus the drive is less than a mile away. Pikes Peak was amazing. Janine, the conductor was a star. ALWAYS ask for Janine if you can, she is passionate and knowledgeable beyond belief. Kimberly was so accommodating!! 5 stars. We will be back.

This home is so lovely and the owner is absolutely amazing! I had to contact her several times with different questions and she was ALWAYS so kind and answered immediately. The home is clean and has an amazing back deck. There were lots of wonderful items provided when we arrived. Everything from coffee and creamer, to toothbrushes and salt water taffy. This is the most accommodating owner we have ever encountered. The beds were very comfortable and the neighbor nice and quiet. This is definitely within walking distance of some amazing trails and excellent shopping. On our last morning there, we saw a young deer in the front yard, which was the cherry on our weekend stay. We would 100% stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it.

We loved staying at Zen Garden!! What a sweet place! Fantastic location to enjoy Colorado. So close to everything, safe neighborhood and very relaxing. The deck was our favorite place to be! Excellent communication and the host thought of everything you could ever need for a perfect stay. We will definitely be back! Can’t to visit again!

Home away from home

Perfect accommodation for us, immediately feeling comfortable with a warm welcome from Kimberly. The area is within easy access to trails, restaurants and anyplace one wishes to visit. We drove the 1 hour 10 minute drive to Royal Gorge as well. Colorado is paradise and we hope to be back here at the Zen in the future.

Peace and Comfort at Zen at the Garden

We really enjoyed our stay at Zen at the Garden! Kimberly was there to great us when we checked in. She was hospitable and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we met were friendly too. The house was clean and had Colorado character with all the decor. We especially liked sitting on the deck in the back of the house. The location of the house was minutes from Old Colorado City shops and restaurants and minutes from Garden of the Gods where we hiked. We definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Quaint cozy stay

This location is super central to anything you might want to do in Manitou or OCC, the house itself was very cozy and especially the back deck was so nice for relaxing and chatting with friends. Would totally stay here again in the future!

Lovely, comfy , convenient location

Fantastic location—quiet, clean, and comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zen Garden. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently close to Old Colorado City.l and many other parks. We felt warmly welcomed and felt at home. Communication with our host was a breeze; Kimberly was awesome and very responsive. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities. Would definitely come back again.

Zen within Zen

We enjoyed the property very much. It was close to the location of our family, which made it extremely convenient. The double is adorable. The deck was my Zen space when we were there. Only two complaints… We actually needed air conditioning One of the nights we were there And the air conditioner in the bedroom did not open on its own. One of the bedrooms did not have an air conditioner and opening. The windows was not enough for that room. The other complaint is that some of the dishes were not clean in the cabinet. We had to sort through them to find dishes to use. Kimberly is a great host, communicates often, and makes check-in and check out processes. Extremely easy! We would definitely stay there again If we could get air conditioning in both bedrooms.

Beautiful quiet place

The location is great. The Garden of the Gods was 10 minutes away, Pikes Peak 15 minutes, Manitou Springs 10 minutes away. Place was very nice and tastefully decorated. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this place. My family had a great time. I loved spending time on the back porch after very active day.

Great location, quiet, clean & comfortable

We loved everything about out stay at Zen Garden! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to walk to Old Colorado City. We felt very welcome and comfortable there. Appreciated the ease of communication with the host, who was very responsive. Appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities and touches. They even arranged for the walk to be shoveled when it snowed! Thank you for everything and we hope to return again!

Perfect stay

Had a great stay at Kimberly’s. The location was fantastic. Walked every morning to Starbucks and every evening to the GOTG. House has everything needed to make for a beautiful stay. Would definitely recommend!

Cousin trip

This house was absolutely perfect!!! The location was great, everything was 20-30 minutes away which was great for driving! The back porch was so nice and fun we spent every night out there! The house was clean and very easy to get to, Kimberly was an amazing host! We will definitely be back in the future!!
