Fantastic beachfront condo located on the Gulf of Mexico, Marco Island, South Seas Tower One. Our condo is a much sought after 14th floor Front unit with PANORAMIC views of the beach, ocean, south beach and the nature preserve. The condo has been completely remodeled. Sleeping up to five guests - it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The common area has a large sectional, a high top dining room table and a lanai which wraps around with views up and down the beach. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and opens up to the connecting lanai with a view of the beautiful Tiger Tail Beach and the heated pool., as does the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds that sleeps 3 and a pull out couch that sleeps 1. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a beverage fridge and a bar counter. This unit is fully equipped with linens, beach towels, kitchen utensils beach chairs, umbrella and travel cart. The South Seas gated community in Marco Island offers guests easy access to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Marco Island. A sundeck with a heated outdoor pool surrounded by lush palm trees and well-manicured lawns graces the exterior of the high-rise towers. Lounge chairs for sunning surround the beautifully kept pool. Pickle ball, tennis courts and a fitness room are available on-site for active vacationers, as well as kayak space and dock slips. Other amenities for guests convenience include a common laundry facility on every floor, free in-home wireless internet and covered parking. Please contact us for prices and additional photos.
