The stunning entry, chandelier, and soaring rock fireplace set the stage for the open living, kitchen, dining, and entertaining space. This area leads out to a spacious deck for gatherings with a central gas fireplace, a hot tub on the deck, as well as a gas grill that is plumbed into the main tank. Three of the primary suites have large walk-in closets. One of the primary suites offers a steam shower, and a gas kiva-style fireplace, and another has a jacuzzi tub. The lower level contains a second large living area with a bar, gas fireplace, and a two-tier movie theater room with a 120-inch screen. This wonderful home also offers its own 800 ft living area with its own bathroom, which would be a great hangout for the children! A large office on the upper level offers privacy and a full fiber/ethernet system stream internet/tv/wi-fi throughout the home. To top it all off, the home has a full home generator to back up the electricity as well as the whole home humidifiers.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
