Cubells in Ibiza style, 3 bedrooms, A/C, private round pool, central location

Our Holiday home Cubells is located at the entrance to Cala d'Or, in a quiet cul-de-sac. A large supermarket is very close by, and the center of Cala d'Or is only 500 meters away. The heart of Cala d'Or is the pedestrian zone with restaurants, cafés, live music bars, shops, and boutiques. Cala d'Or boasts several sandy coves; Cala Gran is approximately 900 meters away, and Cala d'Or and Cala Esmeralda in Cala Ferrera are also easily accessible. Enjoy various water sports and visit the exclusive marina with its excellent restaurants. Excursions on board a sailboat or glass-bottom boat are also available, allowing you to explore the southeast coast of Mallorca with its beautiful sandy coves, charming fishing harbors, and the Mondragó Natural Park.

Cubells features white exterior walls in the traditional Ibiza style. It features a large entrance terrace, an additional covered terrace at the rear, and a small, well-maintained garden with a circular swimming pool. The ground floor comprises an open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped American-style kitchen and a breakfast nook. Also located on this floor is one of the bedrooms with direct access to the garden and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. The upstairs bedrooms share a modern shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning, which operates from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 9:30 PM to 9:00 AM.

From the entrance terrace and the third bedroom, you can access the garden with its covered terrace, a built-in barbecue, and the private circular swimming pool (4 meters in diameter, 1.5 meters deep). The garden is screened from the neighboring property by a privacy screen and ornamental shrubs. A playground is located approximately 200 meters from the house.
