I wanted to let you know that we have a schedule for regular maintenance, and the carpets are shampooed the first week of every month to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all our guests. We will also make sure to address the baseboards and any other areas that need attention. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the experience for future guests. Our annual maintenance is happening end of March 2024 when we will be adding/replacing most of the appliances/furniture.

We would like to address your concerns about cleanliness. Please be assured that we take the upkeep of our property very seriously. Our carpets are professionally cleaned every two to four weeks to ensure a pristine environment for our guests. We understand how important a clean and welcoming space is, and we strive to maintain high standards. Regarding the items found under the bed, we sincerely apologize for this oversight. Our cleaning team works diligently to clean every inch of the 10,000 sq ft house, but it seems we fell short in this instance. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will reinforce our cleaning protocols to prevent such occurrences in the future. Additionally, we would like to remind our guests that our cleaners are available at an hour's notice anytime during your stay.
