Osterville~Newly Renovated with central AC and beach pass

Osterville ~Total renovation recently completed and now available for the 2025-2026 rental season. Minimum age to rent is 28.

Set on a gorgeous tree-lined street in Osterville this 3 bedroom, 2,900 square foot, fully air-conditioned home has been updated to perfection. There are new hardwood floors on the first two levels of the house and new flooring on the lower level.

The main floor consists of a stunning new kitchen with white shaker cabinets, stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has a large living room that spans from the front to the back of the house. The open dining area leads to the sunroom through sliding doors. The four season sunroom with a/c and ceiling fan overlook the private yard. The deck off of the sunroom is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach! The main floor also has a new half-bath off of the foyer.

The second floor has two spacious bedrooms that are furnished with king-sized beds, twin beds are in the third bedroom, and a full-sized futon is in the bonus room. There is a new full sized bathroom on this level. Linens for the beds are included. Bath towel, face towel and washcloth is provided for each guest.

The home has a finished lower level with a brand new full bathroom, pullout queen sofa bed, tv viewing area, full sized washer/dryer and ping pong table. The sliding glass doors lead to a seating area and gas grill.

Nearby Joshua Pond is a five minute walk, and has a delightful freshwater swimming area with a beach, restrooms and a walking path. Our idyllic location is one mile to Dowses Beach, two miles to Craigville Beach and we provide a town beach pass to use at all Barnstable beaches. Beach towels and chairs are provided. It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Osterville Village and also to the walking paths in nearby Armstrong Kelly Park.

Renovations were complete in May of 2022. Make great Cape Cod summer memories in this beautiful home!

This was my second stay here, and it was just as good in the winter, as in the summer. Osterville is such a great location - not too far from the bridges, and a quiet yet bustling village even in February. We took a short drive to Sandwich one day, for lunch and shopping, and an equally short drive to Mashpee Commons on the other day. A perfect girls get away.

We loved this house. It was the cleanest most comfortable place we have ever rented, bar none. Felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. Easy walk to town. The shop owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Owners were quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely return to this great place.

Everything we needed.

This home was comfortable and spacious, and included everything we needed for relaxing week. I enjoyed the sunporch and adjoining outdoor space, and our three young adult children appreciated having two TVs, and had fun playing ping pong. The location was great for neighborhood walks, or walking into town, and just a short drive to Craigville beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home, super clean and well appointed for our stay in Osterville while attending a wedding. We couldn’t stay here long—and the unusually rainy weather didn’t permit us—to enjoy a beach vacation. But everything was there at the house, or nearby to visit, for an enjoyable vacation at The Cape in a clean, comfortable and roomy home.

A lovely place to spend Thanksgiving

The house was very clean, comfortable, attractively decorated, cheerful and spacious - and extremely well equipped. We especially appreciated how well-supplied the kitchen was, as we were making a Thanksgiving dinner! It was also so nice to have basic supplies (like paper towels, napkins, olive oil, some spices, aluminum foil, etc.) there as well. Lots of games, lots of comfortable seating arrangements, ample places to be together, or find a solitary space to read or relax. The street is quiet and peaceful and the views of the woods are lovely. Our only caveats: the thermostats were very hard to adjust! (Perhaps not so much of an issue in warmer weather?) And we hadn't realized there was only one full bath for the three bedrooms on the second floor (the one on the lower level was really too cold to use, and the shower door there doesn't shut completely). We also wished there had been heat on the sun porch as it was such a lovely spot, but not warm enough to spend time or eat in early or late in the day. Overall, though, we had a very positive experience; the house was a comfortable and lovely place to spend a late fall holiday. We are grateful!

Wonderful Home, Perfect Location!

I can’t say enough positive things about this amazing home. From start to finish we had a wonderful week in osterville. Everything was beautiful and clean and there was a high level of consideration with how the property was stocked and prepared for our visit. The pond was an easy, five minute walk away, and the ocean was a quick drive, it is silent and peaceful at night, and we certainly hope to return in the future. Wonderful experience all around!

Osterville Gem!

Our family had an amazing experience staying at this property, in town for a family wedding at Wianno. The house was in great condition and the hosts were easy to get ahold of when one minor issue came up. Location is fabulous - a few minutes walk or drive to Main St Osterville and central to many other hot spots on the Cape. Would absolutely recommend this property and stay here again!

Wow House and Location

Since you drive in and then open the house it is a Wow place. Very clean and in great location. Quite neighborhood and owners very attentive and responsive. If you are looking for a great place centrally located to the in of the Cape within a peaceful area this is your place. Very well updated and decorated. Book and enjoy it.

Friendly neighborhood, clean and comfortable family home!

Excellent family home! Multiple spaces for family to play games, read, watch tv or enjoy a hot cup of coffee all at the same time. Beautiful and friendly neighborhood to run or walk around. Minutes to Fancy’s for any market needs or take out from Crisp. House is well stocked with kitchenware, books, games, and linens. Looking for an excuse to rent again!

Great Gem in Osterville

Great rental for a young family

We had a wonderful experience with this rental; it was perfect for a family with small children. The first floor is flat (no stairs except to the second floor and a closed door to the basement) which was ideal for a walking baby. Everything was extremely clean. The walk to town was only 10 minutes and the drive to the beach was only about 5. Dowses Beach is also perfect for young kids, it’s small and easy to manager. Perfect location and overall great experience with this rental!

Absolutely wonderful home in Osterville!

Everything from the home to the communication with the owner was perfect!! The house is beautifully renovated and updated, and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. They provided plenty of towels, linens, the kitchen is well stocked, beds very comfortable and just overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
