It was overall a pretty nice place to stay in Seattle. The location is amazing and it was clean with a lot of amenities. The listing is very accurate, but just know that if you’re staying there for a long time, the room is fairly small and you will be staying near other guests.

This charming little suite was very comfortable. My husband and I spent two nights there. Vince was very accommodating-- he let us check in earlier than three o'clock. Communicating with Vince was super easy. The location is terrific. Situated in the Ballard neighborhood of Seatle. It felt very safe and there are various restaurants near-by: The Barking Dog restaurant had superb hamburgers. It is also very conveniently located to public transportation. It is a block away to Bus line D on 15th avenue that takes you a block away from Space Needle in 20 minutes, and to Pike Market in about 30 minutes. We took a taxi to the airport from here and it costed us 65 dollars. The place is impeccably clean, the mattress is super comfortable, and it has a nice size bathroom with a great shower. It also has a community space that has a full kitchen, and two computers. I recommend you give this charming place a try. Reina from Florida.

Really enjoyed staying here in December. It was quiet, even though other visitors were there too. Owner had great comm. with me, on some questions I had while at the Guest House. I'll def. consider staying there again. thank you.

“More Like a Nice Hostel Than a Vacation Rental.”The room itself is cute, the bed is comfortable, the shower was good, a washer/dryer was nice. Unfortunately, there were several things I wish I had known before booking.Most importantly, this room is on the third floor and requires climbing two flights of stairs. This was not disclosed on the property listing. I only learned about the stairs in the check in. I contacted the host before check-in about my concern, but at that point we were already committed to the stay. Vrbo has since reviewed the listing and confirmed to me that the stairs were not disclosed.The kitchen is shared and has restricted hours of 8 AM–10 PM. This felt much more like a nice hostel-style setup than a private vacation rental. There is also no sitting area—essentially just the bedroom, bathroom, shared kitchen and a desk/chair in the common area which is on the ground floor with the room on the 3rd.For our six-day stay, we received one bath towel and one washcloth each, no hand towels, and about 20 paper towels. We requested additional basics but did not receive them. Clothing storage is also extremely limited, with no drawers and only a couple of very small shelves.The bedroom window would not close and was lodged open. I notified the host on Wednesday, and they proposed coming into the room Friday to address it. We did not want someone in the room when we were not there. Parking is a challenge and many nights we had to park 3 blocks away.

When you reported the issue with the window, we immediately offered to send someone to fix it promptly on Friday. However, since you declined entry to the unit while you were out, we respected your privacy preferences during your stay. We provide an initial supply of linens and paper products for every stay. While we always aim to communicate clearly, requests must align with our standard supply policies and guest entry permissions. We appreciate your comments about the comfortable bed, shower, and unit cleanliness, and we wish you the best in your future travels.

Description needs to be updated that accommodations are second and third floor with no elevator. Good value for a good place to sleep but not much room for relaxing.If you are not planning to spend much time in the unit it's a good fit.

Great little property in a nice neighborhood - close to Ballard shops and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable - we weren’t there along enough but nice to know a full kitchen was available downstairs as well as a mini fridge, two hot plates a microwave and sink along with a few utensils, appliances and cooking equipment in the room. Room is en-suite which was appreciated. Heater did its job on a cold November night. Vincent was very responsive and helpful with the check-in process (has a few extra steps) and answering our questions (in our case where to park). Tip: because it is street parking only recommend arriving earlier in the day if at all possible. Restaurants etc are within walking distance or a quick Uber to downtown Ballard. Would stay again

A cute getaway spot

The photos don't do this place justice, it's a cute and cozy little room with a big personality and plenty of amenities. I stayed with my dog and was able to work and enjoy my first few days in Seattle (before venturing off to a different location to close out my trip) and was very happy. It has everything you need for your stay, but also allows you the use of the common areas as well. The host was attentive and ready to communicate with and I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly!

The unit is in a great location for walking to the shops, restaurants, and bars in Ballard. You can also walk up to Phinney Ave if you don't mind a little ascent.

Great short stay.

Was a simple, clean space and close to transit. We appreciated the laundry and kitchen amenities not usually included in places like this.
