Primary and second bedroom each have bathrooms and custom tile showers. Outside, you can enjoy the private exclusive yard. Washer/dryer in unit. TV with cable. Living and dining area opens to the kitchen.

Great location and even better host

Brad was a phenomenal host, the place is in a perfect location and was well-stocked with everything you’d need. I would definitely book again!

We could not be happier with the location and the property. Brad is fantastic and the home was well appointed, clean, and had plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, and toiletries etc. We would stay again!

Wonderful stay

We booked this darling place to attend a college reunion. Everything about Brad’s place was perfect. The location, the accommodation, the hospitality- absolutely wonderful. We will definitely return.

Great stay

We loved this property - it was well-located, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. Beds were comfortable and baths were clean and stocked with all we needed. Communication with the host was perfect and he even left us water, a bottle of wine, coffee, etc. which we truly appreciated. I recommend this place unreservedly.

A must stay!

This condo is in a great location, just one block away from the bustle of Commerical Street (West end, across from Liz's Cafe). The property was exceptionally clean, check-in was seamless, the fridge was stocked with goodies, and the host (Brad) was quick to respond to our inquiries. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Weekend in Ptown

Great stay

From booking to check in to check out, everything was seamless. The unit is clean, with everything you could possibly need. The ice maker in the freezer was a blessing! Location is perfect. Owner was more than accommodating.

Fantastic spot in P-Town!

My son and I came to spend the weekend on the Cape and had a lovely time. Brad’s place is amazing! Within walking distance to all P-Town has to offer. The property is exactly as it is listed and Brad was a wonderful host, very communicative and friendly. I highly recommend for anyone!

Nice and clean, well equipped

The condo was nice. The beds were firm and comfortable. Liz’s the restaurant that is diagonal to the property is great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach is just 1 block away. Bradford is a busy street. Brad responded to all our needs and everything was well stocked.

Nice 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Centrally Located

We spend a lot of time in Provincetown during the summers and we really enjoyed this property. The property is centrally located but is on Bradford so it is not in the midst of the bustle of Commercial Street. The host was gracious and stocked up the refrigerator with some staples which was very much appreciated.

Stayed A Week - Loved It!

We had a great week at Brad’s place. He’s just the right amount of communicative. Of course he does the usual check-ins host do, like reaching out before and during our stay. But, Brad went above and beyond. He reached out to see if we’d like to check in early as the scheduling would allow for us to get in ahead of the standard check in time. Also, when the WiFi wasn’t working (storm related), he’d gotten back to me with trouble shooting ideas before I’d walked from the living room to the bedroom. He got got us back online in no time at all. It’s an AMAZING location. It was a super quick walk back when I forgot my tea dance pass in my other shorts. I made it back without a single bead of sweat appearing anywhere. The A/C was great especially as this particular trip was the most humid I’ve ever seen in my 4 trips to Ptown. My friends actually argued over who would get to be my roomie as we were split between two rentals. There’s plenty of space for two couples or in my case, one couple + one single friend that REALLY, REALLY overpacks and doesn’t like sharing a bathroom. I’d absolutely recommend Brad’s place and plan to stay there again next year.

I stayed at this condo twice this summer. The apartment is in a perfect location right across the street from Liz’s Cafe and about a block away from Mussel beach gym. Despite being in the center of town, and close to everything, the apartment is extremely quiet. The unit is well stocked with almost anything that you might need, the beds are comfortable, and the air-conditioning is terrific. There’s a washer dryer in the unit and the owner stocks it with detergent. The owner is extremely responsive and gracious. Both times he left the refrigerator stocked with some beverages and a bottle of wine. You can’t go wrong with this place.

We stayed 5 days during 4th of July week. The host is really kind and thoughtful. When we arrived the refrigerator was stocked with water, seltzer and coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine. The condo is clean and well maintained and stocked with pretty much anything you may need. The beds are comfortable and the location is perfect about a block from Mussel beach gym. I’m a stickler about the AC which was great. We had a minor maintenance issue and the host took care of it within a couple hours. I highly recommend this condo. Brad, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing house and host

I was in Provincetown for nearly 2 months on business, and extremely thankful that I landed in this property! I shared this house with a colleague and it was a perfect space for that setup, with 2 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. The living area was comfortable, updated, and spacious enough for us to have friends over occasionally for jigsaw puzzle nights. Brad, the host, was amazing with communication and flexibility during our stay. We worked out of the Provincetown Commons so the location was a dream, easily walkable to work, Commercial St., the West End, and to the businesses along Bradford St. Liz's Cafe is right across the street and the bike shop was practically next door. Highly recommended for all kinds of travelers!
