Our stay was most enjoyable. Check in process would have gone better had we known the layout of the Bow Lodge beforehand. The unit itself was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Having a laundry access was also nice. The area in Canmore is very convenient to everything we wanted to do, including activities in Banff. But we enjoyed the downtown area of Canmore very much. We would choose to stay here again. The host was very attentive which was appreciated.

The property was clean and a very good size for our party of four. The complex had accessibility to a pool and hot tub. Very nice. We would definitely stay there again. The only issue that we noticed was the that the complex, not this specific unit, had a fan unit out back that you noticed while in the back deck. But it could not be heard inside at all. The location is close to town and it was a perfect location to visit all the attractions in the area. This property was as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and had everything we needed, except a pizza pan and cutter. It was nice having laundry in the unit. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group to rest and relax. It was a great location and within walking distance to downtown. The host was very responsive and checking in and check out went smoothly. I would definitely stay there again.

My Wife and I came to The Hemera in Canmore with our best friends. The 4 of us stayed a week, had a blast and could not be more complimentary of the accommodations, its location for sightseeing, and the communication with the host! It was fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone! If the LORD brings us back to see more of HIS beauty in the Canadian mountains, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Wonderful accommodations in a terrific location. Having the restaurant on the main floor was a bonus for our group (didn’t have to get back in the car). Views from the mountains outstanding. Access to countless trails. A short walk into charming downtown Canmore. We were all very happy with our stay here (including watching the long weekend snows come in).

We had a good stay. Condo was bright and clean. Place was quiet. There were a few things that were a bit disappointing. It was difficult getting into the parking garage. The fob needed to be pointed away from the garage door, toward the wall. We didn't know that so it took quite a few tries to get the door to open. Also, there weren't any coffee filters and the coffee can was almost empty. The main fire place in the living room didn't work.

The condo was clean. All communications were responded to within minutes- which was wonderful. We were very happy with everything but the second bedroom's shower was not in proper working order. The shower nozzle's cradle was unable to tighter thus requiring the person showering to hold the head in order to wet and rinse. We all just ended up using the primary room's shower as a result. Not a big deal but it would have been preferable if we had two showers available to us- for time sake. Other than that minor issue everything else was great!

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious condo. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need, including an in-suite washer and dryer. The location was great - quick to downtown Canmore and also easy access to Banff National Park.We would love to stay in this condo again in the future.

Very nice condo that is very well equipped and very clean. Great location close to Banff and it was very quiet. The check in email mentioned that there was a park pass that guests could use, but there was a sign up in the condo that this was no longer available because Parks Canada does not permit the sharing of passes. This wasn’t an issue for us, because we brought our own pass. This was our third stay at the Solara, and would highly recommend it.

This was a pretty nice apartment, maintained fairly well, and a pretty good modern kitchen. We enjoyed our stay for the most part.Couple things that can be better:1. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor for first couple days, and after we complained, it did get a little better, still kind of slow.2. Streaming services wouldn't work on any of the TVs, even after we complained, there was no improvement.3. Although the bathrooms were pretty nice sand well stocked with towels and supplies, the lighting could be better.4. Getting from parking to apartment was a bit tricky as there were multiple apartment buildings and different dedicated elevators to access. It took us a few trips to figure out best way to get to and from apartment to the parking.

We have a coffee drinker and a tea drinker, and both were well looked after (the tea pot was much appreciated). We did eat in occasionally, so made good use of the well stocked kitchen. We found the suite very spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
