This house and host are fantastic!!! We had my son, nephew, sister and Mom and it was absolutely perfect. The host was so communicative, the house had all the basic essentials, it was super clean and everything was as described. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout like books in the kids bedroom and extra blankets on all the couches. We loved using the hot tub and ping pong table, we were so entertained we didn’t turn the tv on until the last night and that was just because everyone was tired from all the adventures! I was so nervous because we booked very last minute and everything exceeded my expectations and was perfect for a family to enjoy quality time. No one wanted to leave!!! Thanks again to the host!!!

We enjoyed the layout of the main floor. Lots of spaces for us to relax and to spend time together. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking simple and more involved meals. We enjoyed the large kitchen table for playing cards and eating our meals. It was a surprise to see holiday decor when we walked in the door. Thank you!

Dear Vimi, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for bringing up to my attention about the hot water not being hot enough for you. I’ll notify my contractor to check it out. However,Cosmos home is a large property, so it takes a little bit of time to get the cold water out the lines to get hot water. I highly appreciate your feedback and take it very seriously. I’m happy you found the house comfortable and the neighborhood pleasant. Sincerely, Graciela

New Year get-a-way

Property was perfect size for our group. We had 4 couples, 1 single adult, a baby and 2 young teens. The home, decor and furnishings are beautiful. It was convenient to have stocked paper products like plates and cups but a bit unsanitary to keep used and opened condiments in the fridge and pantry.Loved having games available. A bigger water heater would be a good investment. Thanks again for a great weekend ts

We enjoyed our stay at the Cosmos home very much. First and foremost, the beds were VERY COMFORTABLE. I wish bed comfortability were a separate category on VRBO because let me tell you, it really makes or breaks your stay. These beds were VERY COMFORTABLE. The couch was also very comfortable. The house was great for a group. There were a total of 5 adults that stayed in the house and there was more than enough room. One evening we had family come over for dinner and there were about 15 people in the house and it never felt too crowded. The kitchen had everything you need. I also appreciated how much coffee stuff there was :-) I was really happy with this house in this nice, quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay again if it's available when I go back to visit family.

Decent Property

Overall the property did a good job and was very accommodating for our bigger group of adults. Only complaints we had was the house had a typical hotel/motel kind of smell and a couple of the directions for the house weren’t completely reflective of what was actually at that house (garbage bin location when checking out for example). These were by no means things that made our stay unpleasant. Just things that we noticed. There were some other smaller things like the remote for the basement TV not working and finding the correct light switch was difficult at times, but again, none of these made our stay unpleasant.

Ricky , I’m so glad you enjoy your stay, I apologize about the smell, I had recently run the ozone generator and it leaves a weird smell for a day or so, I do purify the house quit often due to being on extremely cold temperatures and can’t naturally air the house during the winter. Please accept my apologies. I know the cleaning crew placed the bins on the wrong side of the gate. I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen again to ensure a more comfortable check out. As far as the remote control, there are two more from the other TVs that can be used for that TV as well, I’ll double check, probably batteries died. Thank you so much for your feedback, that helps me to improve and be more aware of my guests needs. Sincerely, Graciela

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The home was clean and comfortable and the host even left us some goodies to welcome us. I had some technical difficulties with my VRBO account during the days leading up to our stay and the host was very accommodating with using an alternate way of communicating about our arrival and information we would need for our stay. The only thing that was not obvious to me based on the listing, was where/what the common room sleeping accommodations were. Since we didn’t need these options, I didn’t follow up with the host to ask though I am sure if I had, she would have promptly responded. If you have more guests than the bedroom descriptions fit, I would suggest clarifying with the host what other sleeping arrangements are available before you book. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay and I would recommend it to others looking for a suburban rental.

Family Reunion

House was perfect for our family. Bunk beds were maybe not best for a 6 year old, but we we’re warned about that and made it work! Nice touches all over and we were left some “goodies” when we arrived. Only negative on cleanliness was on the outside of the house, but it didn’t effect our stay. Wish the hot tub had been in though! Overall I’d stay there again.
