Endless places to visit, restaurants to try & shopping to experience just outside the door of our Apartment! Park your car & explore! Housed in a Historic 1900's charmer, this 1-bedroom has a lot to offer, including: kitchen, wifi, open living, King Bed & balcony to people watch. The spacious layout comfortably accommodates 4(sofa bed) and you are sure to love the exposed brick throughout and the cathedral ceilings. Our prime location is just above the Visitor Center! Sit outside on our balcony and Enjoy your morning coffee and for good people watching. Are you coming to fish, visit the beaches or just hang out? This is the best location & will not disappoint. Be our Guest! *The apartment is on the 2nd floor; guests must be able to navigate steps

We stayed in this downtown apartment in historic Apalach for a week and had a very enjoyable visit. No high rises, walkable to the local restaurants, shops and miles of beaches not far away. We were there before the season, so no crowds! The apartment was totally suitable and the bed very comfortable! It is up a flight of stairs, so a good workout! There is parking on the street and maybe more challenging in the summer.

Great location, very cozy and clean, and our host was very accommodating! This was our first trip to Apalachicola and we fell in love with the town. We wanted a quick, quiet getaway to celebrate a good health report and prepare for the holidays. Everyone is so friendly in Apalach, and most merchants are truly “dog friendly”. The location was wonderful-we walked everywhere! We’ll definitely return to this property!

Spent a great weekend in Apalachicola right in the heart of downtown. Great location, just down from the coffee shop. Nice little kitchen setup with everything we needed. King size bed was super comfy !! Sitting out on the balcony with our morning coffee was divine.. overlooking the shops with the cool breezes and the riverwalk. This was a great little place for a getaway ! thanks

Comfortable and beautiful clean place to chill and relax. Perfectly located as it was close to everything and it has above par decor that is new and stylish. The high ceilings, beadboard and exposed brick spoke to us!!! Love the historic feel of the place and look forward to our next visit.

Our host was great. There was a small issue beyond her control. She checked on us and was very quick to respond. We loved the location and the property was updated. We will definitely stay again.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Walked everywhere and enjoyed the balcony very much. The apartment was cute, well decorated and had everything we needed. The only reasons that it’s not 5 stars is that the walls are very thin and we had a tough time sleeping with the noise from the next door rental. We also found the apartment to smell a bit damp but solved that with some spray. I would stay here again and otherwise had a great experience.

Excellent stay and location

Great stay for our family of four. Couch was big enough for two teen boys. Location was excellent to walk around historic Apalachicola.

Perfect for couples

We loved the condo! I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony reading and people watching. We were within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and comfortable- we felt right at home! We had heard several comments about the steps but we didn’t find that to be an issue as they were very wide and safe. Taylor, the owner was very thorough with her check in and out procedures and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

We stayed 2 nights in March. The location was perfect for our plans. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Taylor communicated well with us and informed us of a city-wide water issue before we arrived which we greatly appreciated. I would absolutely book this rental again.

10 foot hole apt

We were unable to drink, brush our teeth, nor shower as the water stunk so bad it made our stomach churn. This residence should never be rented out or without documentation of the water. I believe there is an iron issue with the water as it smelled like sulfur and sewer. Could not have been more disappointed!!!!!!

Spectacular Accommodations!!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Communication was excellent and we had zero problems checking in with such detailed directions. Loved that!The apartment is charming, clean and so spacious! We also enjoyed the setup, very well thought out. We were iced in with record breaking weather and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again and again:)

We are hard workers and avid travelers! We love visiting new places and meeting so many different people. The world is a beautiful place with so much to explore. We planted a few of our roots here in Apalachicola because we loved it so much and want to visit often, in between our other travels.

We came to Apalachicola and fell in love with all it has to offer, especially the people and the old charm! This apartment and the building it is in is Historic and so beautiful. The exposed brick, tall ceilings and spacious layout is wonderful. It’s magical for us every time we come to visit!

Our location could not get any more convenient for our guests. We are situated in the heart of the town above the Visitor's Center! You can look down from the apartment and see everyone enjoying this small town. You really don’t want to get in the car once you are here!
