Great Private Villa with ideal Branson Location

You’ll fall in love with this family owned peaceful spa-like retreat with a beautiful gathering area, 65 inch smart TV with soundbar, dining table for 10, (count our chairs compared to others) with access to the beautiful pool with wading pool for the little ones, top rated golf course, restaurant, shopping, and more! Our furniture and bedding is updated and fresh. We have a pack and play and high chair available upon request. DVD’s, books, and games are yours to use. In addition to an awesome location, there are 2 playgrounds, ball diamonds and soccer fields across the street at Branson’s Rec Plex. They offer indoor pickle ball and extensive work out equipment and indoor walking track. Of course there is a outdoor walking track as well!

We are unbelievably close to shopping of all kinds and restaurants, yet you wouldn’t know it by the peaceful and private location.

The Fairway Getaway is family owned and operated. We see to every detail to make this villa comfortable, clean, and well stocked. If we don’t have it, we’ll get it for you! Our villa is cleaned by family members, not some company that could care less about the property.

Our laundry is at the end of the hall with an overhead light. There you’ll also find pool toys, cooler and picnic basket.

Our back porch has enough seating for all our guests. The gas grill comes with propane and is ready to be fired up.

We have added a live slab snack bar that is a huge hit! It is the best spot to enjoy a drink, work on your computer, or for the kids to sit and play. There are unobstructed views to the TV while you are working in the fully stocked kitchen. No matter where you are in this condo, you’ll love it! We hear there have been some fights over who gets to sit in our chaise lounge!
